Wasn’t aware off all the stairs and was moved rooms.

Good location easy to find good staff tried best to help me even they don’t speak good English. They helped me books tour, get a hair drier at mid night.

The sounds is very loud because it is close the streets and there is a bog barking all night for 2 nights long

An intelligent architect had to be behind the layout of my room: airy, well distributed, plenty of light, great bathroom. The restaurant has great food, better than the ones at Centro Histórico. And the waiter was helpful.

I could hear the traffic as my room faced a two way busy road.Had an issue one night at dinner, the price on the menu for bavette pasta with shrimp was S/ 267 MX but the printed check had it for S/. 317 . It was corrected but I cannot understand how that mistake was made.

The room furnishing and finishes where very nice. Very confortable bed. Private parking available, close to downtown and the zoo.

It was somehow noisy.

The bedsheets were super soft everything was incredibly clean an organized and the decor was so beautiful.

You can hear some noise from the cars but it's not that loud.l

The hotel is pretty enchanting. The staff stayed up late to let us in. The room had plenty of space and the extra balcony was a plus to get some work done. Not too far from the downtown area, but pretty central to different important routes in the city. Overall, I give this a 10!
