Rymma Hotel

Good value for money. Very simple but comfortable and just what I expected.

My first night the wifi didn't work for a while. The next days it was fine. A bit noisy, too, but it's the ordeal.

I recently booked eight rooms at the Rymma Hotel. Due to a medical emergency the night before our stay, two of my guests were unable to attend. I requested the cancellation of two single-bed rooms in exchange for one double-bed room. The Rymma Hotel initially agreed to the cancellation, and booking.com submitted the request to cancel the two rooms. However, I was informed that they could only cancel the rooms and not process the new booking. Consequently, I booked the new room myself.Ten minutes later, I received an email stating that the Rymma Hotel had declined the cancellation request. I then attempted to cancel the new booking, which was also declined, as was my subsequent attempt to reschedule the booking for the following week.As a frequent customer who has spent 149,000 pesos at this hotel, I am deeply disappointed by their unwillingness to accommodate a simple request in light of a medical emergency. This experience has resulted in the loss of a loyal customer.

Very nice hotel with an amazing staff, great location, and super clean rooms. Reservation includes continental breakfast and has their own parking, which is highly appreciated in downtown Morelia. All staff are really kind.

Nothing to do with the hotel but some of the guests were making lot of noise at 6 am on a Saturday...

The staff are great and so is the location.

Located close to the centro and the parking is right across the street. It was clean and the shower worked well.

One of the worst beds I've ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a board of wood. We booked a room with a queen bed and the room we got only had a double bed. There is a bar nearby that plays music loudly until late and we could hear it from our interior room. The room is not soundproofed at all.

The rooms didn't have windows to the outside. The window was into the corridor so you had to keep the blinds down all the timeIt felt like a.closed box Very noisy because people were walking and laughing in the corridor at 4am

The rooms have a lot of comodities and the staff is very kind

The location its a little bit far away from the main center, and its like dangerous in late nigth, they dont have air conditioner and the rooms are very small but comfy

Nice Hotel, comfortably located near main downtown plaza with clean facilities and easy to find.

It would be better to have a larger parking lot.

Hotel is comfortable and is enough to spend a couple of nights in Morelia city. Has its own parking and the location is 10 minutes walking from centre. Good location, needs a little bit more of cleanlines.

On nights smell is not good, smells like spout.

GreAt location close to center of town in historic district. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Modern hotel renovated a couple of years ago.

Wifi was a bit spotty. Rooms small. Rooms and hallways needed to have scuff marks painted.
