Location, attention to detail, staff. Everything was great.

The staff were exceptional - really loved the whole experience from checking in to checking out. Helped me arrange a taxi as well. I didn't speak fluent Spanish yet the staff members tried their best to help and gave us advice about the city. Location of the hotel is also perfectly at center of the town, making it very safe and walkable experience.

The only downside is the location as well - since it's at downtown center, music from local nightclubs/bars can get out of hand. Ear plugs are a must; even so, during Friday/Saturday nights it's near impossible for light sleepers to get some good rest.

Nothing about the hotel it’s bad just next door business it’s a night club and it was loud that whole room ramble

I loved everything. The location is very walkable. Very clean. Kind and helpful staff. Architecture is gorgeous.

If city noises wake you up easily, the night life might bother you. My children and I had no problem though!

The night club across the street was super loud could hear it in our room till 4am.

The location was great, only half block from the Catedral and city center, plenty of restaurants, museums, banks and stores. No need of a car in the area. The traditional candy market is just a few blocks away. The family suite had 4 queen beds in a 2 story room. It was great for 3 adults, we all have our own bed.

I sleep in a hard bed because of my back and this beds where a little to hard for me but after the first night I figured how to get comfortable.

Location

Some Hotels don't have parking and that's fine, in this case hotel has an association with an external parking meaning they are responsible for people they send to that parking. Parking people threaten my family and me after we park in a handicap parking because of my grandma and parents, I called the hotel since they make us move the car after we show them all proof that they were disabled people hotel did nothing about it. My grandma has a heart condition and instead of enjoying her vacation she passed some horrible nights, My parents blood pressure was high we had to leave to Guadalajara since we didn't felt safe in Morelia anymore.

Everything, the restaurant inside is amazing!

The street was a little noisy but once I asked to be moved to an interior room it was much quieter. They were very accommodating.

The room was original and the balcony perfect. The staff was very helpful.

The bed was a bit hard and the room 206 really needs a chair....

Close to downtown.

The staff was not friendly.I was asked to wait around till the staff went to check the room. My Uber was waiting. I have never been asked to wait while they check the room to make sure everything is ok. I will never stay at that place.

Property is very clean and close to the centro.

A little loud since vehicles continuously pass by. It is in the center of Morelia so it is expected.

The location was great , a block away from the cathedral

The music from nearby clubs/bars was terrible, it went on till after 2am each night. Also cars and motorcycles driving passed till the early hours playing loud music. Even though we were at the back of the hotel we could still hear it and kept us awake all night

Lovely and quirky in the center of activities with no reprieve from the all night nightlife. Tough to find with the one way traffic and congestion. Look for the historic cathedral. Staff helped by parking the car for us.
