Nothing really.

None of the rooms had air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially during warm night.The bathroom had a persistent bad odor, likely coming from the sink and sewage drain, which made showering unpleasant.Super small parking structure with maybe 15 to 20 parking spaces. My guess the hotel has 50 t0 100 room.

The pictures shown here where probably taken 100 years ago, everything is way too old, not clean, had to change room three times because ceiling fan didn’t work, couldn’t open windows, and in the room the window did open the screen was torn to pieces.Sewer smell in the restroom, and glass missing from the shower window that lead to the outside hallways.You can hear everything that’s going on in the rooms next door as well as on the hallways

The only thing I liked was the location and the shampoos/mini extras .

The worst thing was no AC , it was hot all the time , the tv remote was put together with tape . The facilites were really worn out and the cleaning service would not come to ask if you didn’t say something they would not bother . There was a lot of damaged amenities to the entire hotel it looked very old and worn out

The bathtub is nasty the sofa and the couch horrible terrible. The sofa was totally like a garbage disposal. It seems like they found it down the street. It is terrible. It is horrible the owner he really doesn’t really care all he cares about the money. . And Iwill tell you expensive hotel to be honest with you. Parking lot is good. Staff members great, but the sofa and the couch in the bathtub horrible nasty ugly. HORRIBLE NASTY IT SEEMS LIKE THEY FOUND IT DOWN THE STREET.

Property wise is good. Location is good close to downtown. It’s actually in downtown..

Overall disappointed. I will look elsewhere for a future stay in Morelia.

There were bugs on the beds. The bedsheets and linens were stained and had rips. There was hair in the shower from someone not cleaning it thoroughly. The room had a clearly present odor of feces.

The view was very beautiful, as well as the bathroom being super clean, and loved that they accepted Apple Pay.

Didn't look gd at all.. basic .. we ending eating breakfast out for a better prices and better choices

I loved the location and staff ! About 30 mins to airport and across the street from a cafe and market. I could see the fireworks from the cathedral from my window! Felt safe and close in proximity to most places I wanted to see (:

Friendly staff

Old towels, torn and hard. Carpet needs to be vacuumed and cleaned walking around with my socks and socks were black due to the dirt on the carpet

to noisy, the bathroom windows to rusty and unable to close, rooms to small, the administration allows people to use the dinning room to noisy guests with children staying up until 2 a m, the front desk acted until I made a complaint, bad quality breakfast 1 to 10 (7)

The location was sensational and the staff were delightful. Truly fabulous shower!

The room was way too small for four people. The lift didn’t inspire confidence and we weren’t surprised to get stuck in it on our last day!

Great staff and location. Good facility and breakfast. Maid service attentive and covers all bases. I’ve returned for four years running, sometimes more than once per year. Active and courteous management.

TV size adequate but would prefer larger screen. However rooms larger than most so ok compromise.

I arrived late at night (early the next morning) in a rain storm after a 16-hour day. The young man at the counter assisted me with my luggage to the room. Very cordial and helpful. I requested an upper-level room and that request was honored. The breakfast buffet was a welcome gesture and delicious. The attendant was cheerful, helpful, and very fastidious. I could go on but I think you get the message.... every facet of my stay at this hotel was excellent. Highly recommended.

It was very clean, location is fine and fantastic breakfast. It has parking.

We were at the first floor, so transit and local city services are a bit noisy, so we waked up very early.
