. The location was excellent. my room had a great ceiling fan that helped a lot in the heat.

The breakfast was terrible. the light switch for the overhead light was by the door, not by the bed, so every night I had to get up out of bed, go to the door to turn off the light and then find my way back to the bed. The door to the bathroom was ugly.

great location! just two blocks away from main square and cathedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom had an opening in the ceiling and we could hear our neighbors, I guess they could hear us too!

    So,so,close to downtown

My room wasn't ready at 3 pm, no hot water , little bit pricey, will not stay again, I booked for two nights, ended up staying one night only ,room too small

Awesome location with parking spots right outside the hotel. Talk about location.. PERFECT location walking distance from main attractions

We arrived after check in time and out room was still not ready. We had to wait almost an hour for them to clean it.

THE LOCATION IS GREAT. AND ITS CHEAP, THE STAFF IS GENTLE.

THE ROOMS OR AT LEAST MY ROOM WAS SO LITTLE AND THE FURNITURE OLD, SO IT RESULTED A BIT DEPRESSING, I UNDERSTAND IT WAS A VERY GOOD PRICE BUT NEXT TIME ILL PREFER TO SPEND MORE DIME AND BE MORE CONFORTABLE, I THINK THET CAN CHARGE A LITTLE BIT MORE AND OFFER A MORE DECENT COFFE AND TOASTS...

I think it was modest but super clean, wonderfully located (at the very city center and near nice restaurants and cafes). Nothing fancing and without a restaurant, but great option for those with a tight budget. The only downside is that noise really leaks into the rooms that border the street. So if you are a light sleeper don´t stay in those.

The single queen bed rooms are a tad small. The rooms that border the street are very noisy.

Best Location and near to everythingDecent room

WiFi was very poorThey didn't do any cleaning of the room in 4 days of my stayThere was no curtain to separate the bath area and toilet making toilet area all wet after a shower

    Location and staff

Hard to get hot water in shower, water leaking underneath the sink, very noisy

    7OlivaPosted on: 5-30-2023

I like the proximity to main points of interest within walking distance...

the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the room needed to get out of it in order to function...

good price….. it was an incredibly small room with no window very stuffy and of course it’s in May and Mexico is quite warm and today I have all these little bites so I think there were bedbugs so I’m now home and I’ve isolated all my clothes.

The staff here were very kind and understanding. Thank you very much!I booked and paid two nights in advance, then my plans changed and I need to leave Morelia and checkout after my 1st night. They very kindly refunded me the unused 2nd night.Location very central. Quiet at night, Next to nice plaza. Drinking water available. Would stay here again.

    Location

Breakfast very bad. Not enough blankets in bed. The windows old. Small wc. Not good service

    9ClairePosted on: 7-8-2022

Good value. Location is excellent, i like this charming old building, the room is quaint and charming, drinking water is provided in hall, room is quiet nearly all the time, shower water is hot after you run it for a while, staff are good to deal with. Great cafes nearby.

Breakfast is basic, there are better options nearby. I was only given one towel initially, which was a little on the stingy side. Given more after I asked.

The people were helpful and the rooms were clean. They tried to give me a good room, but the traffic bothered me in the early morning. I changed rooms but they are very small. Once I did change I lost wifi.

The place needs a handyman. So many little things that you don't see at home. The prices should come down.

The location and price are great. My room had a nice view overlooking a park. The hotel is super clean.

My room was a little dark and the bathroom is really small. Also, it takes a bit for the shower to warm up.

    9CarolynPosted on: 6-1-2021

A lovely traditional hotel. My room which faced a park was perfect for me with a comfortable bed, a good shower and I loved the original floor tiles and window shutters. The staff were very nice and helpful. The distance to the cathedral is about 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast was simple but adequate. I would stay again.

Beautiful little historic hotel overlooking a very nice square. My room was perfect for one person and had a fine view of the square. LOVE! Good location in Morelia with food options nearby and within walking distance of Morelia's main tourist sites (aqueduct, cathedrale, etc.).
