Pros +
- Es un hotel muy bonito, buena calidad de todo lo que estÃÂá en la habitaciÃÂón, buenos alimentos y buen servicio.
- Great location! Very comfortable and modern while still maintaining charm of an old building
- The location was amazing. Walk to all the Youtube spots. Food, stores, everything is close. The staff was so nice. We ate an amazing breakfast every day and the coffee was perfect. We did have a room with a/c which was great. Don't agonize over where to stay, this is it.
Cons -
- El ruido... Las habitaciones deberÃÂÃÂan de contar con 2 cristales en las ventanas para evitar que se filtre el ruido. En la noche apagaron todas las luces del restaurante (que es paso a las habitaciones), muy raro para un hotel.
- Would have liked a few different options at breakfast
- The only down thing was we had to leave. Nothing at this hotel was not great

Suite was large, well appointed and classic with lovely Mexican furniture and chandeliers
The bathroom cannot vent steam from showerThe bathroom does not have enough lighting. It’s dim, at best
The boutique hotel is beautiful and very well located . The staff’s were amazing
The bathroom has a lack of lighting. The shower is only rain shower, no hand shower. You have to wet your hair every time you shower . Don’t like using the plastic hat for hair
Beautiful stone walls and luxury bathrooms best hotel for the value in Morelia
Clean super clean smell too good employees too friendly …
Not applicable everting was perfect
Beautiful, quaint place and beautiful rooms. The food was very good and the service was excellent.
Noise from street and no mini fridge in rooms
Location is perfect ! Within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and interesting places .
Charming small hotel within walking distance of cathedral and neighboring sites.Good breakfast.Very friendly staff.Parking outside.
Old building, renovated well.
It little far from the historic center. The hotel claims to have views of mountains and charges more for them, but the only view is the street, nothing worth paying more for.
Comfortable bed, excellent service and great food and location .
I loved this hotel. There are only 12 rooms, but it's a boutique hotel with services that make it 5*. We originally booked one night, then extended it two more nights. The wifi is exceptionally fast (I attended two meetings) (Ubiquiti Access Points). The wait staff and reception staff are genuine and caring. They brought me coffee and snacks to keep me happy during my long meeting. The restaurant food is fantastic; the bar makes strong drinks. The location is perfect for your trip to Morelia, it's within walking distance to all the fun stuff, and yet without the noise. We love the Mexican themes, the open-air patio, the rooms, and the curved staircase. My partner was SO in love with this place, that we shall be staying here next year too.
The music in the back lobby area plays relatively late in the night, so remember to close your balcony doors. Though I think they can turn that down if you ask.
It’s beautiful. It’s a boutique hotel, that means it’s no much noice. It’s in the principal avenue, you can walk to downtown it takes 20 minutes
The hotel is great and location is very excellent, it is safe and walking distance to downtown.
Toilet was smelly, they tried to solved the problem but it was still smelly
Clean w AC great location
Breakfast was the same both days very limited anything outside of their menu was charged additional like scrambled eggs. And my room was 2 flights of stairs and after lugging around luggage that was something I looked forward to. Plus the balcony wasn’t really a balcony bc it was more like a door that half way opened to a partial balcony you can’t even walk out into. And last before leaving to a night out on the town they had a private event I had to walk in the middle of to leave the hotel which was very uncomfortable.
Large comfortable room with high quality bedding, excellent amenities, quiet room and much needed air conditioning.
Found mosquitoes in my room every night.
Room and courtyard were lovely. Staff was exceptional.
Shower faucet difficult to use. TV did not work well.
Location, staff, breakfast
Glass bathroom door, toilet faced room entry door. WiFi was undependable. No hooks for towels, bathroom floor was slippery and dangerous when wet. No door on shower so there was no way to prevent water from entering bathroom.
Location, Javier ( restaurant) service , room.
When checking out, they asked us to wait while they inspected our room . Obviously, this was done to ensure that we had not taken anything from the room. this made us feel like criminals.Unfortunately, it ends a positive stay with a negative experience .
