Location is good for stopover. also good to explore central Morelia by foot. Old world colonial style/charm.

no safe parking, room does not have safety lock inside and someone opened my door while I was sleeping. Beds and pillows too hard. furniture styles in room do not match (cheap tin table, does not match colonial style for example). no restaurant. Entire place has an empty warehouse vibe.

Near catedral, the facility was decent, quaint but decent for one night. No breakfast but if you get food from outside they do have a sitting area. They have a box in room with goodies, but at an extra charge. After 9:30 pm everything is closed, streets lit but isolated for a solo woman traveler.

They never responded if there is shuttle service from airport. Also, there’s no coffee kettle or anything complimentary. Oxxo convenience store is about a block and half away.

There was no soapin the bathroom and when i asked for one therw was a big discussions and talks between staff for a piece of soap and at the end they gave me one small soap

I was surprised to see how nice the property was once you entered the property. It appeared to be remodeled recently.I liked that there were hosts on site to help answer questions and make recommendations.I liked the location.

Location was the main reason to stay there. Rooms were clean and roomy.AC would be a nice addition Personnel were nice and attentive

Rooms are warm during the summer.

I love the clean look of the place, walking distance to all restaurants, museums, coffee, and historical places.

I love this hotel because it has the best bed comfy, nice crispy clean supper relaxing from the moment you walk in.

No privacy in first rooms and they close the doors. Receptionist has to open the door every time you leave the hotel. It feels like a house rather than a hotel. There is no parking

There are a lot of noice, the beds and pillows are very veryyyy hard!! :/ There's no air conditioning and minibar

The building is very beautiful. The room was nothing special but spacious, clean, and comfortable for a short stay

The feeling is very unwelcoming. You're greeted with a sign that says No Smokong. No pets. No parking and No Alcohol. It made us feel like we couldn't even grab a beer and enjoy it in our room. Everything was fine, just an unwelcoming feeling

Price was great. Very clean. Responsive staff.

The front desk manager was flexible.

Wi-Fi was only available by the front desk and we were forced to change rooms to accommodate.

Location was good. Nice and close to main square.

Our room was on the street so a bit noisy.

The staff is kind

They don´t have air conditioner and they don´t have the regular comodities that you could expect in a hotel, also privacity is less because you could listen everything and is far from the main center

it does not have ac and no fresh air. it’s suffocating and you can’t sleep. it’s too hot and very uncomfortable. you feel like your gasping for air and the smell of confined dirty air

There’s no internet connection and AC. Also, they just put one bottle of water in the room, that you have to buy. Basic needs
