I would rate this hotel at 0 Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights, it was so dirty that we only stayed 1 night and only because we drove for 30 hours!!

Hotel is in the middle of the historic center right across the street from the cathedral. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Lots of bang for the bucks. Will definitely recommends to all when visiting Morelia

close to everything in downtown

Loved the Location, sheets and comforter were great. Loved the pillows.

Ice machine was broken during my stay. It was a little bit of an inconvenience as I had to go get ice elsewhere. Needed ice to keep milk cool for toddler. No pancakes. Shower Towels seemed old.

I didn't get the accessible room I booked. They stayed those rooms do not exist. I was overcharged as a result and had a tiny room, no window, no ventilation and woke up with a headache each morning. Booking.com was not supportive of the situation and did nothing with my complaint.

Great location, comfortable beds, welcoming staff, and accommodation for nearby parking. We enjoyed our stay.

We picked a room with a plaza-facing balcony so we knew it might be a bit loud - not surprised or disappointed but not everyone's preference. The room was a bit small and the breakfast was just ok.

Everything is nice, especially the fact that the Cathedral is right across the street. We loved our stay. The breakfast buffet was good and they even have a gym. The room was very nice and quite large.

The only problem I had was when I checked out, there was no place to put the car because cars were parked where you load and unload. I ended up causing a traffic jam and people were honking at me.

It has small doorways so if you bring a lot of large luggage it could be hard to maneuver

Breakfast was adequate.

The beds were hard and there were not enough towels in the restroom. Further the shower lacked shelving and items like shampoo had to be on the floor. My aunt left earrings at the property and I alerted the property if they could be saved and a relative would retrieve them. They stole the earrings and never phoned me back. This place is deplorable. Some staff did the best they could to be accommodating but overall it is not worth my patronage.

Location is perfect and the terrace was amazing to watch the fireworks on Saturday. The breakfast was very good, was expecting continental and instead surprised us with chilaquiles, frijoles, juevos, chorizo. The staff was helpful and friendly, we were able to check-in early and they held our bags after check-out. Definitely coming back.

They dont provide two key cards but they provided an extra card for the electricity which is essentially what we needed it for.

Staff friendly, room clean and quiet. We enjoyed the free breakfast too

The breakfast was great, and the room was comfortable.

There are no signs in Spanish or in English leading to the second elevator, so many people (including me) got lost. There is a loud hum throughout the building, so it is hard to sleep there.

In the heart of downtown. We were in a front room, and the noise was excessive; music, traffic, ambulances screaming by 24 hours of the day.

1- i was staying in room 210 and the phone was not working . i wanted the water but it took more than 4 hours to deliver my water and they gave like 500 ml water after calling more than 2 times from my personal phone because room phone was not working .

Only the location

The rooms were awful, there wasn’t even a window. The bed was super uncomfortable and hard and you could hear everything.
