The staff was very attentive

The staff and amenities were excellent. The room was comfortable.

The hotel is very beautiful，the room is also with big size

They don't provide a hairdryer. Also, the hotel's location is far from the city center and requires a taxi, which is quite inconvenient.

It has a pool, their restaurant has good food, location is very convenient for me to go down town and from relatives.

This hotel is very clean. Our villa was comfortable and everything was clean. We had a leak in the sink and maintenance was quick to fix it. Definitely would stay here again.

The Hotel Villa del Sol was amazing. Well run, super clean, friendly staff and a beautiful pool area. Highly recommend!!! I would like to give a commendation to Francisco, our waiter in the dining room. He was always super friendly, accommodating, and a wonderful waiter.

The distance from the Historic Centro area, but it was a short taxi or car ride away.

Everything was great besides the AC being in one bedroom instead of living room and the TV aswell. Other then that we enjoyed our stay

the resrautant has linen tabl clothes which is nice, but only paper napkins. minor thing but a suggestion

Security when we arrived (past 11pm was great). Staff helped a lot getting around to safe places.

No microwave or mini fridge in rooms that was the main upset. The hotel is in a bad area so both things r necessary to keep things cold and eat again if u r not used to early buffet breakfast.

Free breakfast was included but we didn’t stay for that , I like that there was a designated area for smoking and patio area

There was roaches in the bathroom and bathroom door , the curtains in our room had holes,

The rooms were dark amd dingey, flickering florescent light as soon as we walked in. Outlets had been burnt out by electrical damage. A very strong odor of mold when we walked in made worse with the AC. The restaurant was terrible. I don't understand how any reviews said it was good. It was just awful. The worst was the sleep. Dogs barking all night long right out of the back window of the hotel. I mean all night. And transport trucks using their retarded brakes from about 2am on. Right next to the hotel. Staff at the desk were unfriendly and acted like you were annoying them just by checking in. We left at 7am, didn't bother with the commentary breakfast, which we found out we still would have had to pay for the kids. We did a chedraui breakfast before we left Morelia. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Location is conveniently located. Rooms are cozy. The food is good at the on-site restaurant. The staff is great!

The location is good, the food and service at the restaurant is great. Good food for a family and it’s included for all registered guests. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Air conditioning works great.

Parking is small and I drive a large vehicle. But for small cars the parking is great. For large trucks like mine it was a bit hard to find good parking. But it’s safe parking well guarded and clean parking lot. Over all I give it a good review.

Clean and easy to get around

The pillows and bed didn’t seem very clean, there were hairs on the pillow and bed sheets.

Clean. Big rooms. Good restaurant.

Hard bed. Hard pillows. Heard truck traffic all night.
