There were ticks in my room, on my bed! Worst hotel ever!

I like it that it is close to the airport. the hotel overall is a good hotel, however there is room for improvement.

Too much noise coming from the 7th floor, I was in room 605 which is located right below the kitchen. There was just too much noise coming from the floor above. water dripping constantly like it was raining, metal dishes being dropped and just lots of noise coming from the above. this stopped around 1am. At 6am, the same noises started again, water dripping and hitting the floor which sounded like rain hitting the roof, this went on until we checked out at 8am. same with the noises of metal dishes. It was a terrible night. I let the front desk know about this and requested to talk to their manager, which they said he/she would be in around 9am, I left my name, email and phone number to be contacted, however they have not reached out as of this writing. I am looking forward to having another option to stay at close to this airport as I travel to Mexico City every three months. I will not stay here again and will NOT recommend it.

Excellent for overnight - late flight in, early flight out. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Restaurant food was so so.

The property was clean and confortable, the customer service is excellent. Very complete breakfast. And you can literally go walking to the airport. Plenty of space for kids to play in the playground

The best place to stay if you need a hotel near the AIFA airport. It's brand new, comfortable, good service and right next to the airport gates. Very convenient.

Holiday Inn is incredibly located in the airport of Felipe Angeles where we arrived by a direct bus from San Miguel de Allende en route to Cancun via Aeromexico. I’d mistakenly booked the flight from San Felipe instead of Benito Juarez. Best mistake ever.!. The front desk was incredibly helpful, Checkin is 3 pm but they allowed us access to the room incredibly early. The rooftop restaurant barhad a beautiful view of surrounding mountains and campo. I truly hope those expansive vistas do not change, as one could imagine the terrain as very like what the Mayans saw. Teotechuacan is abou 7 km away,

We had a late flight, so we stayed for the night and it was really convenient as it’s walking distance from the airport. The service was very nice. We had a great stay.

1, near the airport and the shuttle bus runs frequently. 2, pillows and bed are super comfortable.

Mediocre breakfast. We waited for 10min with luggage upon arrival as 2 of 3 elevators were broken when we arrived.

The hotel is close to the airport. It's practically located inside the airport with a bridge connecting the two places. There is a free shuttle bus service which you will have to call in order to pick you up from the airport. This hotel is perfect if you have an early flight. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan on seeing the city as the airport is in the middle of nowhere.

They need to send an email requesting guest's arrival and departure time so that they can use the shuttle bus without any hassle. I had to go to the airport's information desk to find out how to access the shuttle bus. Then when it was time to check-out of the hotel, the reception did not even mention the shuttle bus, I had to ask her and it wasn't clear as to how I would know that the shuttle bus came for me. She simply told me to wait for 10 minutes. The receptionists were only concerned with the flight crews. The flight crews recieved clear instructions and the shuttle driver came and called them. A pilot came after me to use the shuttle bus and the shuttle driver clearly came and indicated to him that the bus was here. No one came and called me even though I was waiting in the lobby for more than 10 minutes. I found it strange so I went to the shuttle driver to ask if this bus was going to the airport. At which he said one moment and went to ask the pilot if it was okay if I came on the shuttle bus even though the bus had a capacity of 12 and the pilot was the only one on the bus.
