Pros +

  • Hotel was very clean. Decorations were stylish. Staff were very nice. Amenities were good.

Cons -

  • I paid extra for a suite with a tub. The A/C wasn't working when we got there. We asked for it to be looked at and for extra coffee pods while we got food which wasn't done when we came back. Then we realized the jets for the tub weren't working. We called the front desk who told us to call maintenance about the A/C and tub jets, we didn't want to bother with that at this point in the night so we left it as is. They sent up maintenance long afterward anyway which was just unnecessary at that point having already used the tub without jets. Afterward, we noticed the sink drain was stuck so we couldn't use the sink for the whole night. My girlfriend goes to turn the table side light on to read while I go to sleep and the light is flickering non-stop. Just felt like the room was falling apart. Not worth the price we paid at all.
