Set in the business center of Toluca, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from Toluca Airport and the city center. It offers free parking and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Holiday Inn Express Toluca is located in Paseo Tollocan Street, close to the city’s most important business parks. It features a beautiful indoor garden set in a glass atrium, a gym and business center with computers. Rooms at the Express Toluca are spacious and come with flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, and a private bathroom. All rooms feature views of the garden. Guests can have a free breakfast buffet at the Casa Blanca Restaurant. It consists of seasonal fruits, cereals and Mexican food, as well as scrambled eggs, ham and bacon. The hotel is close to museums and local attractions, including the beautiful Cosmovitral Botanic Garden, which is 4 mi away. - Some of the family became ill during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to help us with the situation. The door man was always available to greet us and assist us, in general just welcome us; even working on his English for our benefit. He truly made our stay special, something we will never forget. The hotel has some bad reviews about cleanliness, rude staff, loud parties, horrible breakfast. Honestly we experienced none of this. The cleaning staff were so thorough and efficient. The breakfast was better than expected. It was always quiet! And the staff were amongst the most attentive and patient we've ever experienced. A bonus for us was the security. You can't even get on the room wing without a key, nor the elevator. This helped a lot in feeling secure during our stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel to travelers. We would absolutely stay again. Oh, and all the services you would need are within walking distance. Even a huge mall.

- Price was more than we expected for Mexico and the location. It's NOT a tourist type destination.
