TH HOTEL & VIVIENDA

Clean and modern

Clean and good location

Paid for breakfast on both days but they did not offer breakfast on Mondays

Location and includes parking.

Not many options for breakfast.

Very clean and nice size rooms. AC works great. Good location.

Location

Lack of facilities.Had to ask for towels Asked for an Iron and boardOnly got an iron.

Very clean! Friendly staff and they were incredibly accommodating of our large group!

Wish the beds were slightly near, the bedding was great but the mattress itself seemed a little out dated. I also wish they provided face towels.

Clean , beautiful,location,parking,staff

Beds are comfortable, facilities are clean, the location is good, many restaurants nearby

The restaurant is supposed to close at 11 am, for breakfast, I went 15 mins before and it was closed already

Beautiful decor, safe parking under hotel included in room rate, spacious room

No hairdryer in room, could only get ice from the bar on the third floor…closed at 9 pm

To much noice at night

No Iron board, no iron or Blow dryer, you have to request them at front desk

The staff was very friendly and kind

There was no hand towel, shampoo was not good

Quiet, good location outside the city center closed to restaurants. Spacious underground parking ?️. Rooms are very clean and everything working perfectly. Smart TV ? and great water ? pressure in the shower. Great common areas. Breakfast included and very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tepa is surprisingly in an economically very good shape and well worth a visit.

2nd time I stay at this hotel, this place is so clean,I love it. I like everything here, the rooms are great, I really recommend this hotel, and the staff, everyone is so helpful.

I just like everything..I cannot say nothing bad about it, and prices are great.

Good location and very clean room

No breakfast included

Very clean. You need your room key to enter the parking lot so no one else can enter unless they’re staying there. There’s also a store right under very convenient.

The way we sometimes had trouble getting the elevator to work with our key and everything would just turn off.

Very nice, clean, attach to an oxxo which was very convenient. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Any inconvenience, they would immediately resolve it. The complimentary breakfast was so good!

Facilities brand new

Trouble on Checking-in and credit card transactions

Friendly staff, new and clean.

Too much noise from the street, however, this is because our room was facing the street. Other rooms didn't seem to have this problem

Clean and modern Hotel with good amenities

There are a few things lacking eg. full body mirror & hairdryer - which are normally a standard in business hotels. Also the staff was a hit or miss - some really good and fast (reception staff) and then others very slow and making things unnecessarily uncomplicated (in our case the boss at the reception).

Staff, location, room size.

Noisy neighbors, rooms not insulated, you can hear and feel the cell phone from the next room. Cleaning staff starts early and are quite loud in the hallway, interrupting morning zzz zzz .
