- The staff was very nice, but getting the hotel shuttle from the airport was difficult and had to take a taxi, however they compensated us for the cost of the taxi when we bought food in their restaurant.
- "Free shuttle": waited 40 minutes only to find the driver asleep in the parking lot. "Welcome pets":charged me 900 pesos for a 7lb little dog! Even expensive, high quality hotels only charge me 500 pesos maximum.
