Location was convenient
Friendly and helpful staff. Staff would make sure to not make you uncomfortable., which made us feel safe (2 women). Good TV. Nice view. Close to airport (can walk) and McDonaldÂ¿s, groceries store etc

Cons -

Was extremely disappointed and frustrated that we had submitted a request to cancel this reservation and it was never confirmed. I was charged on my visa and not reimbursed.. I asked to cancel the reservation right away as it was wrong hotel.

Sink did not drain. Mold on the door. View of room was towards a high school which is awkward. Plug next to bed was broken. The tv did not work well.

Sink did not drain. Mold on the door. View of room was towards a high school which is awkward. Plug next to bed was broken. The tv did not work well.

Not the hotelÂ¿s fault but more so a man was looking at us swim and kept looking while hiding in the corner. He kept moving when we moved and looked like he was touching himself - that ruined our stay. Maybe a bit more hot water would be nice.
