- VERY POOR SMOKING AREA SET UP. UMBRELLA WAS REMOVED. NO CUSION ON BENCH SEAT. NO GRAB RAILS IN THE SMALL TOILET ROOM. DIFFICULT TO GET UP FROM THE LOW TOILET.
- Cleaniness
- Very minimal hot water. Like warm shower at best. Watered down liquor but I think that¿s pretty common for Mexico in general.

The room was well planned, great shower design to vent humidity, toilet work well, great paper. Abundance of towels, screen doors on patio. Great attentive service and employees.
Common in this area due to all hard stone and tile surfaces¿hallways can be very loud. Convenient location to town and tours but, not a pretty or tropical location it¿s a city vibe hotel. Generous all-inclusive plan great choices.
