Cons -
- Food was average at best. All the reviews I read mentioned this, and they were right. Its a shame because the resort could be a 9/10 resort, but misses on food, drinks and overall finish. I rate it a 5 or 6. Not worth the money until food improv
- Lack of communication of available amenities during check-in Swimup pool heater was broken Room service sometimes forgot to deliver order Long wait for food at restaurants
- They hotel allows vendors on the property (Orlandos Magic tours) that bait and switch their customers, then refuse to acknowledge the situation.
