- The ladies that did the cleaning were excellent and cleaned every day loved how they always were helpful

- towels were not really cleaned
- Nobody helped us to find our room, we have to ask other people because the staff was not available.
- The restaurant some of the waitresses were rude and in a bad mood and the food not so good
