Pros +
- Our convention was in this hotel so it was quite convenient. They also have a very nice restaurant with a breakfast buffet. The waiters (ours was Alejandro) and the manager, Maximilian were very accommodating. The rooms were not fancy but they were clean.
- The location
- Close to downtown. Easy 10 minute walk.
Cons -
- The shower water blows into the toilet area so you have to have a towel in front of the shower curtain to prevent water being in the toilet area. It was not a big deal.
- Lots of construction going on in the immediate area.
- Too much construction in area. When finished it will be great!

Excellent location for walking downtown Guadalajara. This is an older hotel, but there are some new rooms with an excellent view of the city. I speak fluent Spanish and had no issues anywhere in the hotel or walking around the city
There is construction for light rail in front of the hotel. This is not the fault of the hotel and, when the rail is completed, this will be an even better point to explore the city
