Staff was friendly.

Room was somewhat clean. We saw roaches. No air conditioning making the room hot. You couldn't close the window. I slept on the chair as I didn't feel I could sleep on the bed. Only positive is we were only there for 1 night.We would not stay again.

Friendly staff, our rooms were very clean.

The water from the shower was only tepid,it never got warm. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The noise from the club across the street they have loud music until 3am we got charged to 3 different rooms they all leaks from the toilet or the sink

The fact we had parking right beside our door. The young man who checked us in was more than pleasant and very helpful in directing us around the town

The did not give me my reservation. They said that it was cancelled and they could not do anything because it was a third party who made the reservation, not booking. They were full so, we had to find another place which we did not as everything was full.

Booking did not warn me about the cancellation.

Nice pool and rooms. on the local bus route.

Water ran constantly in the toilet and the water was extremely slow in the sink. For a while there was no water at all.

There was parking.

The property was in poor condition. The window didn’t close. The bathroom was dirty there was a used soap and open shampoo in the shower.

the location was convenient for our travel purposes

the rooms were uncomfortable with no ac, tv was not working, they provided a remote that was not working, the phone was not working. cleanliness of the place was questionable and the service staff was not helpful or even tried to accommodate us on top of the lack of amenities they offer but do not actually have to provide .

Disappointing

There was no air conditioner, electric kettle, minibar in the room even though description of accomodation at Booking websites. We paid extra cost for extra large king bed and did get classic queen size.

This place is of great value. The rooms are very simple but clean and well maintained. Friendly staff.

This place has a beautiful pool but it does not look like the pictures and it needs a VERY good cleaning. There were many waterbugs and algae and I could not swim in it.

the only thing I liked was the location, it was close to a wedding I had to go.

price is high based on what you get & the area, not super high but the rooms are really old, the entire facility in general is really old, toilets don’t have enough pressure, no OUTLETS!! no hot water, shower drain dosen’t work properly, I saw a dead mosquito with a bunch of blood on my courtain.

Service was lame to be honest, bed was really uncomfortable, no fan nor a/c, only one 110V outlet to charge or connect things. And what was soecially bad althought not hotel fault was the very loud music bar across the street that flooded our room almost until 3 am. I don't think i would ever come back here
