Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara

This hotel was the best for our visit to GDL for a wedding. They helped us find transportation to and from our venue. Great location to stay.

I stayed in room 1203 and didnt have time to address issues because we were on a tight schedule but we only had hot water 1/5 days. It was luke warm and I hated that but I didnt have time to worry about or change rooms but I should have.

THE LOCTION AND THE RESTAURANTS AND BAR ARE EXCELLENT

SHOWER HAS LEAKS ON THE WALL FLOR AND GLAS DOOR GET STUCK SEVERAL TIMES

Hotel has all of the amenities, bars, restaurants and barbers. Very pleases withe the Hotel and service.

I understand people traveling with pets, dog, but they are not considering the rest of us who are not into that. Was my room previously occupied by people with dogs? I will feel better knowing, for example, that you have designated floors for that

We got stuck in the elevator 3 times it was scary.

Rooms and bathrooms need to be updated, they look old and have a weird smoky smell. The carpets are extremely dirty, the bathroom floor and toilet was never clean during our 4 days stayed. The jacuzzi tub had old dirt stains. Not a 4 star hotel!

The amenities were nice.

Our room had major maintenance issues. The bathroom sink did not drain and the shower nob would not switch to the rain shower. Since we stayed only 1 night it was never fixed and we were told the hotel is full.

The staff was exceptional. There was a good choice of places to dine, relax and drink.

Out of 3 elevators, 2 were working most of the time. Consequently, there was alot of wasted time standing in line waiting for one to arrive. Two elevators can't keep up with the number of guests.

No healthy food. Don’t get a room on the south side of the building: it’s heated by the sun. Terrible. Some details in the room, like lots of imperfections. Bathroom is not convenient. It smells like boiled oil in the entire lobby. All the time.

Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in all my many travels, and a great schedule up to 12 o'clock, because I'm not an early riser. We unexpectedly caught a couple of live music performances in the lobby bar which were great. Zaphira restaurant was our favorite, although the others were really good also. Staff friendly and polite

We didn't like when a couple of times one of the staff knocked on our door to ask us if everything was alright or if we needed anything... Understand the thought behind it but on vacation you're not expecting door knocking.... Maybe a phone call, or even whatsapp message would accomplish the same purpose less intrusively. My girlfriend had to hurriedly put on the nightgown to answer the door.

The service from the front desk my wife had a medical issue and they help me a lot the dr came to my room it was excellent thank very much

I have work in hotels before and I took care of room inspections and there was a couple of things i have noticed that maybe others dont, such small maintenance/upkeep details but not big deal. For example room door didnt closed completly after you pass tru, couple of cabinets didnt close flat with the furniture and couple of areas in the room could have a paint touch up. But again, that is something that a normal traveler dont see. Otherwise, room was clean, no complains at all on this, and i like small details as notes in the bed and everything fully explained. Also 3 elevators for such a large building makes delays.

We had a big group. We enjoyed the rock music at both the bar and the cafe.I will include this hotel for all our Guadalajara travels.

Very festive nice big rooms

Music was always loud but it was the Hard Rock Hotel. But no public place was quiet. Still ok

A lot of music memorabilia from all sorts of famous artists almost like a museum hotel . The view of the city was mesmerizing. The room was the most high tech we have ever stayed at

If you aren’t carful you might miss the parking entrance and have to go around agein
