The heated pool was amazing: hands down the best thing about this hotel. I also loved the location in a safe, nice, and walkable area. Staff always made sure our needs were met.

The hotel could use a bigger restaurant: it's way too small and frequently crowded during breakfast time. Staff seemed overwhelmed during peak times, but other than that, it's a nice facility and would stay here again.

take into consideration that it is not so close to city center or bus stations. Some members of the hotel didnt reply for a greeting or even greet a guest when entering or leaving the hotel (= I dont mean the check-in but just going in or out of the hotel).

I have stayed here before. It is just down a few blocks from Plaza Del Sol where I can buy a Blizzard from the Dairy Queen. There is great shopping there and a Chilis. It is close to Guadalajara Expo, Ikea, and City Market. I like that the hotel is adults only and although they state there is no parking, it is in a neighborhood where you can safely park on the street. There are a few parking spots at the hotel and we almost always get one of them.It is a quiet neighborhood and a very reasonable nightly rate.

There is either a deoderizer in the air conditioning or housekeeping uses a very strong smelling cleaning product. I do not like breathing in the chemicals and for that reason may look for another hotel in the same area.

Room was really comfortable and nice and so was the heated pool

Location was really far away from the city and location is only good if attending a conference in that area.

Great location for my needs. Very spacious room.

My only complaint is that they didn't leave a coffee capsule in my room for the second night.

Our King size bed was very comfortable, the little pool is nice and we'll maintained. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. Carlos the concierge bell boy is always so friendly, we come because of his warm hospitality. We usually stay in the Jacuzzi suite but it was already sold out.

They charge you for coffee, they only give 1 cup and one pod, we were 2 people and got charged for the extra cup and pod. They should give at least 1 per person per stay. The TV was also outdated Netflix didn't work. The restaurant was closed at 3pm, seems early to be closed.

Towels and blankets looks extremely old, water smells so bad, one day it comes yellow, they said is the city but I asked and no one around had that problem. The guy at mornings in the reception is so rude.

This is cozy hotel, perfect for a getaway, a last minute request or a long stay. The staff is respectful and professional, cordial and attentive to one s needs. Which is why I highly recommend it. Every time I stay here I am treated with the most outmost respect and genuine care, that as a constant traveler is deeply appreciated. Thank you FCH!

Very clean. Excellent staff. Comfortable beds.

Would just add a railing for the second flight of steps for older people who need to grip something when ascending the stairs.

We love this little hotel it is always very clean the rooms are extremely comfortable and it is close to the mall the plaza Del Sol. The staff are always welcoming and it is our go-to location in Guadalajara

Excellent location close to local amenities. I was visiting friends who lived nearby, so it was a great find. I was impressed by the ambience and decorations, with great use of space and relaxing pool. The room was great and the bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

For the price, I thought it was somewhat cheap that I had to pay for extra coffee pods.

Carlos was great and went above and beyond to assist me and make sure my stay was wonderful. Comfortable bed and room. I also enjoyed the pool and I was able to leave my luggage while on tour. Definitely recommend this hotel.
