We only had little trouble with elevators but I loved the place

The breakfast was very good in compare with all other network hotels (including other One hotels that I visited) of this price level. Several types of fruits, and even a quite good coffee!

The staff was not very helpful and because my Spanish is bad they would make a face is asked to repeat what yhey said. Except one morning clerk she was very helpful.

Good bargain for the location I needed. Breakfast was a nice treat and included in my deal. Shower was nice. AC did the job. Everyone was friendly. Hot water. Good water pressure. Smoke or fire alarm and sprinkler system. If I need to stay in this side of town again and get a good deal here, I'd stay again.

Only one room key. When I had to go downstairs to pick up food, my guest waited in the room with no electricity (because you need the key for electricity (which is good sustainability wise) but you also need the key for the elevator (good safety wise). So maybe offer two keys for 2 guests? A minor inconvenience this time but everything else was good. Oh you can feel the room shake a little maybe because the periférico is right there and traffic, I'm not sure.

Breakfast buffet was good.

The location is close to many stores, however, its some 21 minutes away from zona centrico. The staff are friendly and attend to your needs. There is a lot of food in the morning.

The cleaning of the rooms should be properly supervised. The floors were not swept and only the sheets were changed. They should also have some odor control.

If you are looking for a very basic hotel room, that is clean and offers a very reasonable price, this is your place. One Hotels are a major chain in Mexico, and are a step below the Fiesta Hotels. Located near the beautiful Bosque de la Primavera (Forest of Spring). But immediately outside the hotel is the very busy Periferico (circular highway that goes around Guadalajara).

Beds are adequate but not super comfy. There are no really nice restaurants within close walking distance.

The parking is horrible., The offstreet garage was not acceptable for anyone with mobility issues. No connection to the hotel. the towels were a bit scratchy. One of the rooms smelled like someone had smoked cigars.The lobby is on the 1st (Second) floor, which was different.The card key for my room kept not working. It wasn't in my wallet, I carry it in my shirt pocket.
