Need some refurbishment.

The room was clean when I arrived, the staff was polite at all moments

the location is not bad itself, but the traffic makes it tough to get to the hotel

functional room, decent beds, OK bathroom, buffet breakfast

making reservations is a bit difficult.

Rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear your neighbors talking.

Worth the money if you are staying in the city for work. It has good wi fi, parking and the rooms are quiet. 24/7 reception and good location with restaurants cafes & pubs nearby

The breakfast is quite good, the room has a nice size and is very clean. On my second day I had problems with the TV and the came very fast and solved the problem. Because I had had surgery the personnel at the reception desk and in the breakfast area were absolutely helpful and kind.

I was recovering from surgery and had to sleep in a sitting position and the pillows were a little hard.

Breakfast was delicious, the ladies that cook are very kind

I arrived earlier than 3 pm, there was space available but they charge extra to get in early. so we have to go and spend 4 hours roaming around to make the entrance time.

A cold night with uncomfortable bed.

Heater in room not functioning. Room was 17 degrees all night long.

The woman that make breakfast was really nice also the bell boy.

The bed sheets were dirty, I knew it was a cheap hotel but cheap does not mean dirty. Also the bathroom was dirty, full of dust. Too noisy, I was working all day and came back straight to the hotel to sleep and you can hear everything from the neighbors guests, can’t sleep. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and only stay one.

Beds are uncomfortable, breakfast was 5/10.

Location was good because it was walkable to the theatre that we travel for. It's not a touristic location, even the airport is very far.Facilities are decent, all are clean and beds are comfy.

They charged me whatever they wanted, and didn't respect the price I booked for. It wasn't the USD exchange rate that changed.For a work travel or business place, the rooms are missing a mini fridge. Even a Walmart is crossing the street but you don't get a fridge in your room.

I prefer to have a minibar in the room. Specifically, most of the customers are staying for long term or soThe breakfast is good, but having the same every day is making you not able to eat anymore but still acceptable The walls isolation is the worst ever

The location, breakfast, and especially the cleaning staff were A+. The room was clean, and they left water bottles every day. Maid staff were friendly and did an excellent job. The breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. It was next to a large shopping center and across the street from a Wal-Mart. The restaurant and Cafe right next to the hotel were both very good..

The towels were a little rough/thin, and we could have used another hand towel. The bed was too hard. I didn't sleep very well. There were only 2 pillows, but they brought us 2 more as soon as I asked, and it helped make up for the bed being so hard.

Close to the concert venue I was headed to, the room was small but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had wonderful hot water and overall it was very pleasant for the short stay.

The TV had an issue where the program watched was a small screen instead of full screen. The smell in the hall was a bit strong of cleaning solution and wasn't previously told how the elevator functioned but easily resolved. Shampoo is strong of mint so eyes beware.

They didn’t had supplies in the bathroom. Like; tissue paper, hand towels, body lotion etc. Only soap and shampoo and 2 body sized towels. Only 2 pillows. The ladies at the front desk were a mess, by mistake they gave another couple a key to our room and of course the couple arrived and opened our room with us inside.
