Hyatt Regency Andares Guadalajara

Parking is valet, it made it very convenient. I don't mind tipping valet, they were very friendly. There was also a additional charge very time you park. If they removed that, it would be best hotel in Guadalajara.

Everything was Perfect . Service Location clean etc.

Staff.Room was ready at 5 pm, 2 hrs after check-in time, and was ready only because I started to become upset.

Location, rooms and cleanliness. Also the Club level option.

My room smelled a bit musty when I walked in. No robes and the slippers were cheap. I loved the Club level but the food was so-so and they need to improve the cocktail option. It is basically make/pour your own drink. They should offer pre-made cocktails.

Nice gym, clena pool, not to many people, great SPA !

Air conditioner not working properly. It always felt warm and stuffy.Room service took forever.The water in the shower went from hot to cold in seconds, intermittently with very poor pressure.The food during breakfast was not well prepared and not tasty.The elevator was not working properly.The gym felt very warm and stuffy, without water bottles.Poor quality shampoo and conditioner.Front desk personnel cold and not caring. I was asked the same question several times since the lady asking was not paying attention to my answers and not really caring about them.The facilities and services are not at the level of their star ratings.

The location was very convenient to the mall and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

The hallways were dimly lit, and when I arrived in the evening, the whole floor stayed dark until I started walking, which felt a bit unsettling. The carpet in the room looked somewhat worn. In addition, room service made a mistake with my food order.

Decent location with a few malls closed by, friendly and helpful staff. Totally recommend for visitors.

Subpar hotel stay in every way. It’s a mediocre American hotel in a shopping mall. Zapopan Andreas is worth the trip.

The property was absolutely beautiful and has everything you need right in seconds walking distance a huge beautiful mall and many restaurants of all levels from causal to very elegant … I’ve stayed at competing hotels riu and hard rock and although nice as well they do not compare to Hyatt regency will stay here again
