HG Hotel

The Staff, Location, and the Room were ALL ¿.. WONDERFUL!!!! :) THANK YOU!!!!!

Great location for my needs

To expensive . We need 2 rooms

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room, close to large shopping center. Location perfect for purpose of my trip. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller.

Curb height at front steps too high.

Amazing staff great location and best location spacious room and quite

Pictures look way too good than the actual room. This looks more like a motel than an hotel. I don't recommend families of small children here. There is no fridge or microwave, shampoo or soap. Despite everything, the staff was professional and polite.

Everything. Clean, modern & quiet. Attached restaurant was good with an awesome waiter.

Very minor, but drinking glasses in the rooms would be nice. All that was supplied were small coffee cups. Restaurant did not have everything that was on the menu.

Not too much , typical Mexican hotel low standard

We had a mouse in the room; There is no breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel does not work on Sunday ( morning), so you need to go somewhere to find the foodWiFi is average not the great one

Excellent place to stay with helpful staff clean rooms and breakfast was really good but will be charged separately. Very near to Costco and other restaurants.
