    • location

    • For my shopping day at IKEA and Cith Market, this hotel was a great choice. Walking distance to both....and Shake Shack was an added bonus, located between the two stores. There was underground parking for a small nightly fee. Staff were great and my room was basic, but very comfortable.

    Cons -

    • doors to noisy
    • No place to put clothes (three hangers was it all), breakfast is very bad
    • I had to wait until 3pm for the Check in. Other hotels let you check in before that time. The water was cold even though it had a “hot water” valve.

The bed. I was exhausted and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was good value for what we paid. The location was good.

The breakfast was extremely basic and both mornings we were there the coffee was out. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are not and there is only one pillow each. Also the towels and sheets need to be replaced they are worn and grey not white. Not much to see in the neighbor hood but a good jumping off spot for visiting GDL. There is an excellent Korean restaurant on site.

    The place was always clean

The room is very small even if you have a single bed or two. The breakfast was almost always the same (eggs and chilaquiles) with some fruit and yogurth.

The location was great. Close to the Expo area of Guadalajara, surrounded by a beautiful walkable neighborhood full of gorgeous old-growth trees.Staff were kind and attentive, including the breakfast staff. It’s also nice that they have a breakfast buffet.

The room was tiny. Facilities were basic, incl. no gym.

BREAKFAST WAS OK. IT WAS ALWAYS BASICALLY THE SAME, BUT IT WAS HOT AND TASTED GOOD. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS ALSO GOOD. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLYTHE SECURITY SYSTEM TO ENTER THE HOTEL WAS ALSO FINE

WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED SO WE HAD TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. THE ELEVATOR SYSTEM CRASHED SO AT 11 P.M. WE HAD TO ACCESS THE 7TH FLOOR BY THE EMERGENCY STAIRCASE AND THE GUARD DID NOT HAVE KEYS TO ENTER. FINALLY, AT ABOUT 12 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT, THEY HAD TO WAKE UP A GUEST IN ORDER TO OPEN THE DOOR FOR US FROM THE INSIDE. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM VERY BAD, WE HAD TO COMPLAIN

It was on the affordable side for a night.

My bathroom was not ideal. Water shot out the shower doors while showering, leaving the floor wet, door wouldn’t close all the way. Not the cleanest either. There was hairs on my shower and that’s one thing I cannot stand. Dusty counters.

    Clean, just what you need

Air conditioning exit was in the bathroom, so bathroom was cold, room was hot.The hotel doesn’t have parking. You have to make amendments with the parking that is in the basement. $50 pesos/night.There was an extra charge when I’ve paid.

Only a couple of pillows, not very comfortable. Shower had issues.
