The location is centrical, specially if you are attending an event at the Expo

Although we arrived earlier that the check-in hour, we did not recieved any help nor emphaty from the staff when we asked for an spare room that we could use for a couple of minutes so we can change for an event. Old room with old radio and TV.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. It is a shared service with the Holiday Inn nextdoor but they are owned by the same entity. It is an excellent way for synergy for the benefit of the guests. Service at restaurant was outstanding.

The bath towels need to be replaced. They are old and thin.

Not very clean

the maintenance of the hotel is terrible, the curtains were falling down, the calk of the bathroom terrible, some parts were it had wood the wood was rotten. The room didnt have coffee like other hotels to make your own coffee, it didnt have a safe. Generally speaking the hotel is OLD.

The location was good and I arrived on motorcycle and it was easy to park and secure.

Breakfast was ok - I would have liked a better selection of pastries, they seemed kind of stale.

Break fast ends too early., I could not join for it

staff dealing is terrible. Any one other than spainish should not stay there. Wifi is terrible. same break fast all 7 days a week. Asked for ice bucket for 2 days, could get one big bucket fr 2 days out of frustration as i complaint about it to the reception.

The location

It is old and has not been mantained properly. The room has an odor like it is humid. There was no safety deposit in the room.

Pick the option with breakfast included, the hotel serves a hot breakfast including cereal, chilaquiles,scrambled eggs,beans, chicken and pork cooked ? Mexican style, hot cakes, and coffee. Manuel will attend you and make you feel comfortable Room's energy is controlled using your room key, so you are sure you do not leave appliances/lights on when leaving the room.I booked a single bed executive room that included a working desk.

Some rooms would benefit of better lighting. We visited Guadalajara on an unusual hot days and we felt the air took too much (30 min) to cool the room. Not a big deal.There is no pool in the property and using the next door hotel pool costs $400 Mexican pesos per person by 4 hours. It was crowded anyway.

Nothing really worked how it supoosed to

The carpet was dirty, José Trujillo from Lobby front desk was rude, didn’t tell me where the room was, found pills from the last guests and some earrings in the floor and i gave my 2 year old with me, that could’ve ended bad, also the ac dint work neither the e shower. And also the carpet was really dirty and had a lot of stains. Shame that I dint take pictures.
