It was a very lovely place to go lovely staff very clean rooms but highly recommend going to this place. It really is nice.

Looks old. Without maintenance.They take good care of the yard…. But starts very early with a lot of noise.Every day house keeping knocks at the door of the room early in the morning. I tried to wake up late, but just couldn’t.Rainy season, and there is no way to get to your room until rain stops.I brought my tennis rackets to play tennis. Don’t travel with rackets. Tennis court without maintenance.Breakfast extremely expensive for what they give.They have only one person to help with our bags and to park cars. They need more people in the morning to check out.

No hot water at shower only warm water. Very dark in the room not enough lights. The building is very old, long walk from front desk to the room. Not enough explanation about the parking

The hotel is abandoned, not clean, very poor staff attention and the rooms falling apart. Hundreds of cockroaches all around the hotel.

The Hotel needs some serious updates. Rooms are old, smelly and missing a deep clean. Carpeted flooring that caused allergies as soon as I entered the room.The hotel seems neglected, a shame for such a renowned brand.
The location and the site are exceptional, architecture and the gardens are very beautiful and it’s a calm and peaceful place to stay. The hotel staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful.
The rooms might need a little makeover as they appear to be a bit old and worn.

the building is old, and the rooms are very old too. the beds are very old. rooms were dirty. one of our rooms didn't have the security locket, which was a concern and couldn't be fixed. they were very nice people, but we didn't enjoy the rooms at all.
The staff is always so nice and helpful, the gardens and all areas are very peaceful and beautiful and the main reason I choose this hotel is the location and the fact that isn’t a huge complex with tons of rooms
Maintenance is the issue here, and food quality isn’t what used to be 15 years ago the quality is in decline
