- + Location is unbeatable, very close to Plaza del sol. + The cleaning service was great. + The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water was always available. + They always provided with two bottles of water every day.

- + The parking was horrible, always full and we had to use the underground one. + We had to validate our access card every day and they didn't make sure I was the owner of the room. + The lights in the room were too dim and nearly unusable. + Very noisy
