Hotel Real Zapopan

I appreciated that the hotel was close to my people, next door there is a 24hour oxxo, and a restaurant.

The hotel has paper thin walls, the staff has no customer service skills, there is no elevator, no security on the rooms (but, a chain).

Had weird smell and damaged room door locks

Location. The beds were really comfortable

The doors have old locks and it feels a bit unsafe

It was very close to the Zapopan center, with the Basílica church about a 5 minute walk. There’s many restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I was staying to visit my grandma at the nearby hospital, and it was only 10 minutes away by walking. The staff was also very kind and attentive, and the room was cleaned daily.

Everything was lovely.

Location and cleanliness good. Oxxo right there. Coffee tea available.

My room, 126, above reception and gym was noisy early morning and late night. Other rooms down the hall would not be noisy.

There was no breakfast only coffee and te with cookies

I did not like the stairs

We've stayed at this hotel several times and like the convenient location and cleanliness of the hotel. For short stays, this definitely meets our expectations.

It was just OK.

Over priced. The attached “Atlitas” restaurant was bad. Very inattentive staff and they got our order wrong, then had the nerve to ask for a tip!!!!Don’t waste your time there….

Noise from the street in the rooms next to it. Loud music at night from nearby bars. Easy to hear noise from the corridor too.

Good location near Centro Zapopan

It felt a little too commercial - and the lobby was essentially the membership gym. Not a typical hotel/hospitality experience

Cleanliness and comfort. Close to our trip intention. The coffee/ tea bar in the hallway was perfect. Good variety of teas to choose from.

The towels were worn out and the stained. The bathroom door needed sealant because the water was leaking.

They very quickly helped me change rooms when the first one wasn’t very clean. The second room was perfect and very clean.

Music from the gym didn’t stop until 10

traveled with my elderly mother and her going up stairs is very painful. No where on the description does is state that they don’t have elevator access. Also, don’t pay for a room with a view, as they have zero rooms with a view.
