The place was pretty

The room was dusty and the floors were sticky, they did not control noise there was a soccer team staying and they were loud,screaming all night! The lady at the front desk was rude my husband didn?t understand what she was asking and she was rude!

Very polite and considerate I had surgery on my knee and the elevator wasn’t working and they were able move us to the first floor I really appreciate that thank you for your kindness ?❤️

Very clean and excellent employees

The room was big. The bed was comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Parking was secure and the pool was great.

No windows in the room. No natural light. The pool was closed at 6PM so we had to cut our swim short.

I love the art concept , but the white paint it’s no attractive , a color beige reals all the art that the building have

Probably it’s needs up grade the illumination and some appliance.

Great place to stay and within walking distance of some good local resturants and businesses.

The decore was a bit much. Every public space felt a bit cramped with sculptures and art from the more normal to a bit bizarre.

I love the location, closed to my familiar area of the city.The staff was very helpful.I just wish I was there to check in before rush hour.

The parking was useful but not ideal. Parking indise the underground parking was a bit challenging but know how limited parking is in the city a was a good add on.

It’s our favorite place to stay when coming to GDL , easy to find , walkable for restaurants , nice comfortable room

Very interesting display of art everywhere. Sculpture, paintings, antiquities. It was like being in a museum after hours.,Very cool.

The shower and bathroom need updating. Very plain room. Comfortable and served its purpose.

They need to get some towls, there old hard to the touches not soft we found a big rouch in the room. No room service

Breakfast, no elevator for an entire day, invoice sent late, all looks old and badly maintained

A lot of noise, children playing very loudly in the hallway, the suite given to me was old and needed maintenance. Was clean and the bed very good

location is great,lots of awesome local places to eat.Staff were friendly and always available to help.Gym was an unexpected bonus.

Bath amenities (shampoo, soap) didn't show up until the 4th day. After the room was cleaned one of the glasses still had dried milk in the bottom. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee and no cups. One reason I chose the hotel was that it has a pool, but the pool was closed at 6p.m. (Most people don't get off or work or out of meetings until at least 5p.m.)

Dirty

There was a cockroach in the room. The walls were well, very thin, and you can hear the neighbors when they pee. You have no privacy. Bathroom was not nice. We tried to leave the property and ask them for crediting some of our money. They said no, but we can give you a better room. We went to the other room and this is what we found a cockroach. I would also have a picture of that friendly friend in the bathroom.

The place is unbelievably dirty we had to change 3 room to get a little dusty room. My whole body was itchy for sleeping in unclean rooms

Nothing to like about. The breakfast is very simple and poor

The parking was complicated to park in small place. Some parking staff a bit rude sometimes. And the first room they gave us was not clean. We had to request foe room clean and they assigned us another one.
