Staff is friendly

The shower was very uncomfortable; water turns cold to scolding hot and back and forth. WiFi is difficult to get. Internet is nonexistent. Hotel restaurant food is no good. I ordered food twice and it lacked flavor. My enchiladas dish was below average.

It’s very well located and has a great restaurant, the room was very comfortable and warm, there was everything I needed. Travelling with my Mom she also had everything she needed.

My air conditioner wasn't working, the pool was freezing cold and the jacuzzi wasn't working

The hotel in general.

When requested room service, they include the tip to the charge, not knowing it was included, one of our rooms offered a tip to the room service person and he accepted it twice. The other room offered the tip and the person that brought the room service said that it was included and didn't accepted it. In my opinion, a "tip" is voluntary, why do they add a tip to the room service price? I'm not against tipping, but the should call it "room service charge" not a "tip" after realizing that, I went to the coffee shop outside the hotel and paid $80 pesos for a large, way better quality coffee, versus $280 pesos for a small less quality cup of coffee at the hotel plus a tip.

Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities were a bit dated and we would recommend booking at minimum a Junior Suite over the standard rooms. Big difference between the two.

Not pleased with the standard rooms, had to upgrade to Jr. Suite in order to get decent TV, water pressure, better smelling room and more space.

The shower had decent pressure. It is a 4 star hotel which a pool and a restaurant at the bottom. Not a lot of options on short notice in this area during the holidays, so it was a nice find.

It’s old and really needs updating. Looks like it was gorgeous 50 years ago. Reminds me of the older casino hotels in Vegas. The restaurant is also way overpriced for the taste, but the servers are excellent.

Pool was out of order yet people were in the pool no signs not to enter.

The Restaurant service and the friendly Staff (Pablo and Felipe) good food and drinks. Front desk very helpful.

The pool was dirty and they never cleaned. I Had to call front office twice to get my room cleaned.

Location and the restaurant is excellent

The property is fine. I didn’t like my room not to clean cold water in the shower. I request to be moved to another room and the water is stuck on the shower and they never fix it. I called several times.

Room very clean and all amenities worked well. Swimming pools were good and parking was great.

Reception staff were not very friendly.

I mentioned to the front clerk that the A/C was not working and was making noise which it did not let us sleep , toilet made a lot of noise also

The carpet. Is time to change your floors, knobs. The hotel is too old to still have carpet and duty

The hotel was good, the staff is kind. In the room was everything you need even a working table. On the first floor there is a good restaurant

It was not around any restaurants. When I reserved hotel thru Booking.com, it included breakfast. The hotel did not include breakfast. They said that they wouldn’t honor it.

Someone stole my card- booked this hotel and the hotel wouldn’t refund me.
