The manager was very nice

The girl at check-in was rude and unhelpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures, the keys didn't work and the beds were uncomfortable

the price is good and the restauranrt service good also

the pillows wasn't soft we was in 204 i like the other area where the bedrooms have new pillows

Breakfast cooks were late. Only a few lawn chairs and shades. Many lawn chairs broken.

The pool, was nice and warm water. But the kids pool was disgusting .

We did not have any Wi-Fi at all our first night. The air conditioning will turn on, but it was leaking and I called the front to let them know to get a fix. It took them forever to get there. my five year year-old got up to the bathroom and fell on the floor because there was a big paddle of water. I asked them to get us moved to a different room and they say they have no rooms available. The bathroom water will come out of the shower. Also will leak all over the floor and there was a light on the closet that will not turn off, when we’re trying to sleep that light, it was right in our face. That was the first night. We got move the second night to a different room, basically the same problems all the rooms I guess are the same. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

It was clean and almost all the staff was polite and helpfullThe pool is good and the garden was nice.

The beds are awful. New pillows needed, they seem old and with pillow stuffed lumps.We just had sheets, asked for a blanket since it was cold and they did not have any.The bathroom is small and old. All the water came out of the shower space. They need to update the rooms.

Clean and well located.

I did not like the fact that they charge $350.00 for the first time. For getting in the room an hour and a half before the check in time. We have been in that place before and it has never happened.

Easy to get to public transport

There were no amenities. No cups for drinks pillows very uncomfortable offered no support of any kind

Garden, stunningly beautiful. makes you start the day with a smile.

Restaurant closes too early, no restaurants nearby if you arrive late.

Location was the best and swimming pool was a bonus

No coffee maker available in your room , you should pay for a cup of coffee at the restaurant in the morning.

The staff were extremely clean and kept my hotel room in pristine condition. They went above and beyond to make sure my room was stocked and looked like the first day of check in every day!

A do not disturb sign would have been nice.

The room itself was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and you felt like you had complete privacy at all times. The swimming pool is clean. The location itself is okay and the food at the hotel's restaurant was decent.

Internet was a total catastrophe. It only worked 3-4 hours a days continuosly and the rest of the time it would be intermittent and very weak. In the early morning (7 am) it would not work at all. Not suitable at all if you work from home and have meetings online. I would not return to stay due to this issue.

Pool looked great, but didn't get a chance to use it.

No-one spoke English, except for the bar tender at night. The Hotel was way too far away from everything we were interested in. We only stayed one night for that reason, and the manager took us to another of "their" hotels closer to downtown.
