Need a bigger variety of breakfast and one of the cleaners was using my charger when I walked in one day.

hour long wait for a table, mediocre but filling.

Not enough tables, poor example of good Mexican breakfast, no tortillas, pre bought tortilla chips with flavorless sauce, fake orange juice more like soda, not enough tables to support the included breakfast. Slippery shower flower and no bath mat, very old thin towels, no pool towels available

The location was great, right on the Lopez Mateos. There's breakfast included, and while it was nothing to write home about, it was good and it's one less thing to worry about, you could eat a lot and be done for the morning or have something light to leave room for a torta ahogada or something else.

I didn't like that I got a room near the pool, but if I had known there would be families actually using it, I would have thought of asking for a room farther from it when I made the reservation. But even then, the noise was actually rather low.

Great food nearby. Great shower pressure. Accommodated my dog.

They did it better before offering good breakfast now only cereal and coffee ss they call this breakfast also they offer this only from 8 am to12 which I won’t get up from bed to eat this maybe my last stay at this place.

Bad. The cable when out never fix it.they say will put a regular antenna for the local channels and never did that ether.I sopped get a last day refund but who knows if i will.

The power when out and had to go to a different hotel on the last day. If it wasn’t one thing was on other. Sends no power no water ether.

The location and the staff were helpful though they didn't know English, they helped. The room was big but had few facilities. The Hotel was clean always and the rooms

On weekend there were lot of teenagers till the early morning running everywhere. the room key didn't work everytime and I had to go the reception for recharge

The bed is very uncomfortable. Need to use better sheets that will stay on the bed ,no iron in the room and a little noisy

The pool area

The beds, the cleaning service, the hotel staff was not very helpful. We were constantly missing towels. The windows did not close all the way,letting mosquitos into the room

The property is in an excellent location, there are convenience stores around the corner.

It rained during our stay water came in through the bottom of the entrance door causing my daughter to slip and hit her head. It happened all week since they were unable to place something on the door. They never have towels available during your stay, if you need more toilet paper they will get mad if you ask them for more. They never clean the rooms just fix the bed. Staff are all rude, the hotel is very old and needs to be remodeled. Windows are very old and all the light comes in very early since there are no curtains. I would not stay here never again. It was a bad experience. Do not recommend this place at all.

They have a good location within the city.

At night time it was some client playing loud music. Disrespectful to everyone else.
