Courtyard by Marriott Guadalajara Andares

The location.

Room was too small for 4 people but charge for 4 people.Did not provide enough towels, toilet paper or water for all 4. A lot of mosquitos. The window did not have anything to prevent them from coming in. The air conditioner did not work.

The location is excellent if you are not taking children with you.

The beds were not too comfortable. The pillows were flat. The towels were so thin and rough. The AC in our room did not work.

They are making some modification and its a lot of people in every where and don’t have parking

Location is very good, close to the mall and restaurants.

The hotel is remodeling, but is a real mess, absolutely dirty with powder everywhere. The rooms are dated and extremely dirty. There was a lipstick on the bed sheets. I was on the first floor and there is a disco on the ground floor which is super noisy until 3am, could not sleep.

Good location, lots of options on the street for dining, shopping, nightlife, etc. The man who helped me with the check-in had great customer service skills.

The hotel was going through construction work, I was never notified, so workers and dust and all that comes with it. The room feels old, the bed covers and entrance bench had stains, when I took the bedding out the mattresses also had stains. It did not have a pleasant smell. The water in the shower could never be regulated, it fluctuated from freezing to very hot, the water on the shower floor took a while to go down the pipes so it created a pool that covered your feet. The toilet piping made a very loud noise each time it finished flushing. The air conditioning worked well during the night, not so much during the day. The overall noise was the worst part, the walls seemed paper thin, you could hear everything from a babies crying, to people talking when they walked on the hallway, or seemed they were in the same room with you. The elevators are very small but that was not an issue for me, but it was for a larger group, I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes for the next one.

Under construction which started hammering around 7am, so you couldn’t sleep in. If it was disclosed before our arrival, I would have chosen another hotel. Once the elevator doors opened to the lobby you just walked into a “construction zone”

Terrible hotel!

Everything poor room quality construction all over and no clear directions. Rooms not clean and bad !! Really poor

Location to plaza mall!

Hotel is under renovation and is a mess. Rooms are old and dirty. Paint drops in shower and sloppy paint jobs in room. I won't recommend staying here.

Perfect location to other areas like the mall, all in walking distance. All the restaurants below were amazing service and great prices on food and drinks!

The shower leaked everywhere due to cracks being from the shower wall and shower door. Also the water went from a decent temperature to scorching hot during the shower.

The location is great and the breakfast which was included was also clutch!

It was dingy. They’re doing repairs on several floors. The shower doesn’t work, it was warm and turned into scalding hot out of nowhere. The linens and towels were old. Staff also weren’t much value added, as if they didn’t want to work there.

Location and the customer service

The facilities are a little run down, the room was not very clean.

It could use a renewal, new TVs (Or at least smart tv).Paint job could work.

The location is perfect for shopping and dining at Andares . The diningroom staff are friendly and professional for the breakfast offered , especially Fabiola she always makes an extra effort
