Directions into the hotel are nonexistent from the parking lot.. You have to enter a mall, go up the stairs to the 3rd floor from steps at the back of the mall, and find a tiny door at the back. The hotel was not as advertised. There is no breakfast. The dog fee is reasonable, but we were told several hours after check-in that we would also be charged a $1,000 pet deposit. Staff is not informative or helpful. In fact, the check-in staff bordered on rude. The room's 'window' opens up onto a conference room. There is a clear view into the room from the conference center. Seems creepy and is a huge privacy concern. Lighting is poor.Do not recommend. For the high price, you can get better. We have stayed at candlewood suites all over, and this is not a good example

They don’t have enough things for the soccer kids and family to do the pool wasn’t big to hold 18 kids or swim it was a wading pool the 4th floor the kids couldn’t play Jenna or corn hole because they always had dogs up there there were to spaces for the kids to really hang out to be bonding as a team so they had to hang in everyone room which the rooms were small not recommended for more then 5 kids to hang out the maid service they needed to follow the orders of the person staying in rooms when told they don’t need service not to go in they came in and started cleaning around a area and cause a fire in my room and burn my food that was on the counter it could of been all bad if it was of burn my suitcase that was sitting right there because those had my important papers in them to get me back to the us and the walls to the pool aren’t tall enough for the boys not to play around and losing there ball to the church and the church next door said they didn’t have it when we could see where it went the other people staying in rooms opening doors while they cook shell fish was all bad because of people with shell fish allergies cause me to get sick and have to take meds

Great service! Friendly staff. Loved my suite! So comfortable. And great having the shopping center downstairs.

Clean good location

I was going to a wedding, church was at 4pm. I did not get my room till 5pm. I had to use someone else’s room from my group to get ready. That was not cool at all.

the bed, shower and the fact the room had a tiny kitchen - it was rather useful. also, it is located in a tiny mall with a couple cafes and restaurants.

it’s not far from things, but is also not super near - you have to uber to places (or ask a friend for a ride or rent a car). I’m almost sure there’s public transportation available as well, but I honestly wouldn’t know since I’ve never used it.

Wonderful stay!The check-in experience at the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, including a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The room was also very clean and the finishes were of high quality. We were especially impressed with the appliances, which were all from well-known brands such as Teka, Whirlpool, and Helvex. The hotel also has a great outdoor grilling area, which was perfect for cooking up a barbecue dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Upon arrival at my room, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was a faulty odor trap, but it was unpleasant and made it difficult to relax in the room.The hotel's fitness center was also quite small and under-equipped. It only had two treadmills, an elliptical machine, and a limited weight machine. There were no free weights available for other types of workouts.Additionally, there were very few places to sit near the pool. This was a problem when I wanted to supervise my children while they played in the water, as there was no lifeguard on duty

You heard us hostage at checkout time to indent your room., while you had no staff ready to inspect it.

The bed was comfy, the facilities were really nice (pool, grill, gym, terrace, laundry), it was clean, and there was always hot water.'The front desk staff were super friendly.

The drain in the shower didn't work, within 30 seconds it would start filling up. 2 calls to front desk to resolve (waited 2 days after first call).The AC stopped working via a control of the front desk, not mechanical issue. Maintenance confirmed this, and after calling they enabled my AC (middle of my visit so no reason to disable it). If it is cold outside, there is no centralized heating. Curtains had a deep crease which caused it to stop working. Had to call front desk 2 times for every request, appears to be a lack of communication. They didn't provide any way to put a note on the door to ask for no cleaning service (it's everyday and unnecessary when staying over a week like me), so I called and asked them not to send anyone, only for them to still send someone into my room.

The service is great friendly customer service, I use uber eats the guy drop the floor on the reception as safety and precaution and the management deliver my food to my room love it

Is kind of tricky to access the hotel is on the 2nd floor but about that everything was fine

everything was great for the most part

one thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi would go away at times and they smart tv could not connect to internet, which didn’t have Netflix or anything just a few limited channels

Very comfortable bed, Hotel is in the mall with many restaurants and coffee shop, had everything I wanted within the mall.

Only thing that was missing was a couch like they have in staybridge hotels which I believe are sister companies..other than that, everything was perfect.
