Sleep Inn Guadalajara Galerias

The property has walking distance to Galerías that is a mall to Sam’s and Walmart the staff were all super friendly and helpful the last day the reception had a young kid in reception he was attentive friendly and super helpful thanks

The parking we took out pick up and to go down and park when we wanted to leave we had to wake up two people because the had us blocked one of the reception ladies was not friendly at all

I loved the location and that they included a basic breakfast, for time saving matters it helps a lot. Staff was also so kind to keep out luggage while we explore a bit the city after our check out

Bathroom has no ventilation

Good location, safe, nice breakfast, decent gym comfortable.

Rooms little small, but manageable. TV and phone did not work upon check in. Fixed following day by noon. The maintenance guy was very professional and polite and figured out problem quickly. Thank you.

Nothing wrong. I only took banana, apple, pawpaw and yogurt each morning. That’s fine for me. The rest were great but I decided for these only.

Communication was a great challenge because I could not speak Spanish

Stay are friendly

We have stayed here before and had a pleasant stay hence why we booked again. However this time the room was nothing like before. The bed was awful the creaking and cracking if you even moved a tiny bit kept us both awake a night. The chair to table was broken the back was broke so dangerous to sit on. There was no wardrobe just a stand up rail and self in corner of the room. Extremely basic bedding was stained with stains and the towels in bathroom were old and full of pulled threads. Also took a second payment without notifying on booking or checking in when asked told it was a holding fee and contact them if it doesn’t refund into bank!

Location near Mall, Walmart, plaza

The breakfast was the same every single day, the bed was sort damaged, the curtains were splashed with I don’t know what, perhaps vomit. The last night someone broke into my room, they stated the front desk assigned them my room number.

location, close to shopping mall

cleaning service was not made the 1st day

Fairly new, good breakfast, location

Running water smells bad, always missing towels, shampoos, water bottles… Clearly short of staff

Passable

Not very clean, not very sanitary. Some of the staff were not very proactive and my issues were not resolved on time.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and nice location close to Walmart, Chedraui, and the mall.

The beds were very hard, they need to be a bit softer. Also the climate control did now allow me to keep constant fan running unless the air conditioning was on. I sleep better with white noise from a fan.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us due to our plans in the city. ;)

More options in the food for the breakfast like omelets. And more parking spaces. :)

Rooms where sufficiently comfortable and spaced out. Enough storage room for clothes and equipment. The bed was big and comfy. There's AC but I didn't use it much since the room was naturally fresh.

Location is great, bed size is good.

Old building, not too much clean and they give us the room late.

It was close to Plaza Galerías

Parking was a bit difficult. Lobby was located on the second floor and accessed by elevator from first floor. Towels appeared old and not soft.

The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable. it was a good value. free parking. close to Galerías mall.

The room temperature was too cool for me. when I was instructed on how to increase the temperature, instead the room got colder. Also breakfast was not so great.

nice clean and honest staff

I like the location

Walls were damage and had streaks of dirt, people putting up their feet on the walls. Batroom curtain was ripped hanging from the curtain rail, we let 3 people know about it, and was told it was going "to see" and nothing happened.

Clean as comfortable place. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was exactly the same every single day.

The rooms were clean and we were comfortable.

I booked hotel online with "booking" I got a discount because I reserved the hotel online and because I was a member. When arriving to the hotel staff charge me regular price. The next day I couldn't access the room and according to the staff it was because I didn't paid for two nights even thought when I booked the hotel I booked it for two nights. I was charged again regular price and not what it was when I booked it. There was no point on me booking the hotel in advance because staff did everything like I didn't have a reservation.

Location, staff very polite and nice. Food is good.

Pillows. Please, change the pillows. It is a good hotel but for freaking sake, get better pillows.
