The location is centric.

One elevator out of service constantly, noisy cleaning staff, walls are pretty thin, restaurant waiters aren¿t very attentive and hotel floors need vacuuming.

House.keeping did a outstanding job cleaning the room

1) electric power went out 2) the room had a very out dated furniture ,and very old telephone which was missing dial bottoms, the telephone belong to a Wyndham garden hotel 3)the room assigned to me was located by the street side it is extremely nois

The bed!

As we arrived the room was not ready, they made us wait one hour to give us the room! We had one day and wanted to drop our luggage and explore the city so time was important to us! Very rood staff, no help, no consideration! pungent smell in the toile.

The location was perfect for the events we were attending.

It’s close to all the places you may want to go, it has a central patio with beautiful trees, a nice swimming pool, and a Mexican style kiosk where they host events (we enjoy some Mariachi music that was great). The breakfasts at the hotel buffet had lots of options and really good quality of ingredients to choose from. They also have a restaurant that we also enjoy a few times for dinner. During our check in it was a delay to get our room but as soon as the manager was notified, all our problems were solved in minutes and even some cool drinks were sent to the room to apologize for the delay, and that is exactly the reason why I will come back to this hotel. The personnel make my family feel at home in Guadalajara and gave us their best at all times.

I will let somebody else find defects, I prefer to keep the will to make your stay a great memory that the staff of this hotel worked hard to maintain.

Everything. Couldn't occupy the rooms until well past check in. Dirty dishes in hallway through out our stay. And they even charged extra for parking. Do not recommend.

Old building but nice facilities.

i booked the Executive King room, when i got there I noticed there was no coffee maker I went to reception, asked for one and politely they said they'd bring it up, came back in the evening and the staff didn't take the coffee maker, I called reception and said it was on it's way. 3 nights stay and it never got to the room...

Really commfty beds and everything was clean.

room spacious enough, direct access to pool area, the pool is big enough, the water is warm. breakfast is good, the service during breakfast is good. friendly staff.

it is ok if the building is old as long as its well mantained, but this is not the case with this hotel. the room feels old and not well mantained, particularly the bathroom, the sink is terrible, the bottom part of the sink looked out of place with corrosive metal &wire, the sink bottom seemed to be patched crudely, and just because it is on the bottom does not mean the guest will not notice it. some of the door and wood panel (particularly the bottom part) is in need of repainting, the bed is too fluffy, the AC sound is horrible if you try to have a decent night sleep in the room.

The spacious room, the good service at the restaurant. The staff is very good and attentive.

The A/C unit is very noisy. Fortunately the weather was cool enough to keep it off.

We traveled in December, room cold when asked how to turn on heater was told room had no heater. Very disappointed.
