The buffet was really expensive and not that good. Limited options and average food but they charged a lot of money for it.

shower was strong pressure, bed is VERY COmfortable, work table and chair were good. lots of space to keep luggage

No heater in room, and Hotel common areas have strong a/c no view from room

1- poor customer service (Started knocking at my door like crazy between 4:30 am to 6 am) 2- poor food quality (got sick): ordered pizza got intoxicated stayed in bed for 24 hours 3- horrible smells : black water smell coming in the room STAY AWAY!

My Son's Disney cap disappear from my room. I talked with the management,they could not do anything. I stayed back in the hotel 2 weeks later and ask the management about my cap, they offered investigate, but still not received any information about it

The lobby and staff were nice. I liked that we could drink the tap water since it is filtered, and they have a nice gym and rooftop pool.

First of all the glass on the desk had a crack which my partner cut himself on. The coffee maker was missing, and the bed was broken on one side and wobbled. We were in the Rewards part of the 17th floor but all around were screaming kids.

The staff was very helpful and kind.They found a way to allowed me to get a superior room and used it before checking-in time for a small additional payment.

Location was good in the city.

The room was not throughly clean. The water temperature in the shower was hard to maintain at a comfortable level.

Location and front desk staff were excellent!

The room was a bit small. The cleaner either forgot the bathroom mat or the washrags.

Every thing the place personal attention. And easy to commute.
