Holiday Inn Guadalajara Patria-Universidad By IHG

Location, cleanliness, size of the room

Better illumination at the bathroom sink.

Like the free Internet, free breakfast, and they make feel at home.

Love the hotel especially for the price

Good Location, friendly staff and accommodative to our needs.

Great staff, spacious room and comfortable bed

Everything was great

Cleanliness and friendly personnel

A/C consistency and water temperature during early morning.

Good location, close to university. The staff is very friendly and helpful although nobody spoke English. Buffett breakfast offers variety and servers were attentive and kept the dining area clean and turned around tables quickly during peak hour. The room was clean and there's a coffee machine and bottled water for a good cup of morning coffee. Indoor swimming pool was nice.

It is expensive, for an Express Inn it's very expensive, the hotel definitely needs some maintenance for instance the shower head in my room only works on one setting might need some descaling. The gym only has a bunch of treadmills and one tiny weight rack with five sets of weights.

Location, we went to a concert and the Stadium was a quick 5-10 min walk, for the type of event, location was great. It had valet service as we had a rental.

However, I stayed just days before in a Holiday Express about 30 min away which was half the price of this hotel, room was newer more comfortable and a lovely breakfast was included. This room was old and breakfast was not included.

The Room is Clean and the bed is good.

They have a party venue next to the building on weekend expect live music or dj loud music.

Well located, good sized rooms and good restaurant.

The bathroom area is divided: shower and toilet are closed and sink is in the room area. So, there is no other option to change than the shower/toilet area, but there are no hooks or shelves to keep clothes or toiletries.

Friendliest people. Always willing to help.

The room service took to long and mess up my order. At breakfast it took too long for the requested dish and when it came it was the wrong order. The air conditioning turned off by itself twice in the night. Paper thin walls in tower 1.

The location was pretty good

The air conditioning wasn't working correctly and the bathroom didn't have ventilation

Great pool, very good rooms

The pillows in the bed smelled like someone had slept there and they had not been washed

Food for breakfast was great. Ac unit were very cold like we wanted.

They wanted to cancel me because I arrived the next morning although they had my payment information. I called and informed them that I was flying in on the red eye, and they still attempted to cancel my reservation.
