- Front desk was so helpful! Marcos was great and helped me navigate through town! Housekeeping Blanca was also always with a sense of urgency to help out if I needed anything.
- It was a decent place and I felt safe.
- Rapid check in Clean room And the people in front desk¿s excellent people
Cons -
- I tried calling to arrange for a shuttle from the airport which was supposed to be an included amenity and was hung up on 9 times in a row because the desk clerk did not speak english.
