Hilton Garden Inn Leon

Very clean, friendly staff, and comfortable bed.

I stayed for 7-days and had to order water delivered via Uber Eats. A 1 Liter bottle at hotel costs 80 pesos (only 8.50 pesos in a grocery store). It would be nice if they had a water filtration station available. There is one at the Garden Inn Iowa City.

Cleanliness

Yes. The staff doesn¿t not speak English. There were not vegetarian options for meals and staff could not answer whether the served food was vegetarian or not even though google translator was used.

Great hotel, beautiful room and pool. Nice breakfast.

I would expect a Hilton to have complimentary toothpaste.

Extremely friendly staff. Very helpful, made check-in a breeze. Helped with luggage ,and getting a ride around town.

What I liked best about this hotel was the cleanliness of it. I also liked that I had access to the gym 24/7. The room and beds were very comfortable. I was able to Uber easily through Leon. The last enjoyable part of the hotel was the air conditioning.

The staff wasnt the friendliest. They didn''t go out of there way to greet you.

Security / cleaning

The pool is really good, but no towels on the site, we have to ask for the towels to the staff, and the big parking lot

Asking for towels for the pool area and the shampoo bins of the bathrooms was empty

A/C never cool down the room even after I requested to be checked. It was not till about 4:00 am the it cool just a bit .

We showed up at 3:30 in the morning after a very long flight. The hotel staff were eager to help us. It made our long traveling day all worth it.

No issues to report everything was fabulous.

The receptionist ARELIis a very unskilled person to be representing an international hotel chain. she wasn't able to accomplish something as simple as to switch a reservation date I had to be looking for another hotel room in a foreign country.

Almost everything.

The elevators weren’t working properly. Taking too long every time. The restaurant took an hour for three tacos..

The beds and the sofá in the room is really comfortable. The room and the bath are spacious and big

The pool didn’t have temperature. Since it’s out in the open pretty much, I was expecting it to be a bit warm at least but the boilers were messed up so the water was cold. There was no staff members at the pool for towel service.

The room design was spectacular. Facilities were very well distributed and neat.

There wasn’t enough drinking water bottles in the room, but the receptionist solved it quickly.

Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and breakfast was really good.

Convienence, clean, has basic commodities for a civilized stay, the food in the restaurant has improved since last time.

I would love the rooms had access to fresh air, the windows are sealed and only air conditioning is availay, it's not a deal breaker just a nice to have.

Gym needs more equipment. Ice machine needs to be in a floor available for everyone.

The view was beautiful, their breakfast buffet was really good, the menudo had really great flavor. The restaurant staff was great! And loved how they had a live person singing.

Front desk staff wasn't as friendly, very short on communication.

On sunday, the live music was too loud, unfortunately. The food was good.
