went well but too much noise in the hotel outside. They don't have air a conditioner it was hot inside of the room the locution it was okay but too much noise in the night you don't have any privacy.

Staff nice. Rooms need to be updated. And the door key card was ridiculasly inefficiant.

The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor, and there were not enough towels for this problem.

Near the place are a nightclub so the music can be heard in room.

It was fine. Nothing fancy or pretentious and the rooms have pretty old furniture. The staff really nice and the breakfast included was tasty!

The bed and sheets were old, also the towels and the setting is just a bit antiquated.

they gave us a room first which wasn’t clean, then they gave us a room that had an issue with the AC and the last room they gave us had a door lock missing (it still had another one so we agreed not to move a third time)

I asked for a missing towel and they took really long to deliver it. We had to use ONE single towel for both of us.

the room design, the shower was very uncomfortable, also in the bedroom the light switch was located behind the pillows, the light turned on every time

Good price, clean, close to where we wanted to be.

There is a disco in front of the hotel and our first night was very noisy. We changed rooms the second night and bought some ear plugs so it was much better.

A/c turn off automatically @ 5 am every dayTv turn on @ 9:30 am with high volume to wake up you and cleaning services can do its job.1 day I could not take a shower because there was only hot water

The hotel has a very small parking lot, we had to leave our cars outside the hotel all night because it was full. They had NOTHING to eat when we arrived at 12pm because they opened their kitched at 2pm and the breakfast “buffet” its only “chilaquiles” with a tasteless sauce, scrabbled eggs, cereal and bread with an awful “orange juice” that its more water than orange.The rooms are extremely small, with thin walls… we could listen the whole conversation of the people next door as if the were in our room, the bed is uncomfortable and grinds a lot. The staff is careless and unfriendly, the only person who has the best attitude and care for guests is the bellboy, Mr Jorge.

The location was perfect for our needs and the price was adequate for the place. There are a few clubs in the near vicinity, but they stop the music before midnight, so the noise wasn't a problem.

Old, not confortable BUT THE WORST THING IS THEY HAVE A BAR WITH LOUD MUSIC ALL NIGHT IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP

They should not have a hotel and a bar operating It is not fair to be profitable and not letting your guests sleep

The only highlight of this property is the location.

Hot water not coming out of the shower. The mattress and pillows are too hard I couldn’t sleep Bad check out experience.
