Breakfast, location and room

There are no stairs, so you have to wait for the elevator . There was a huge group arriving and we had to wait to go to our room.

location & the security personnel

stain on sheets & pillows I request extra pillow was ask to leave my only form of identification if I want it extra pillow as a tourist who leaves they only way of identification to a clerk they already have ur credit card information makes no sense they also lock us out of a rooms because we did not check-in the puppy not the way to handle they could call ask come by lobby or put a note in our door but not lock us out our rooms breakfast was same thing every morning I understand is continental breakfast but switched up some stuff make looks like you try some thing different we was on 6 floor always had a bad smell staff need be more polite & better trained as they need to know how to treat people we pay for a service not to be question if I request a extra pillow or towels wouldn't return at all

It was extremely clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The breakfast was good, fresh milk, scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, beans, chicken and pork.

Lobby being at the first floor

clean, good price and convenient location

rooms are tiny

it was clean had plenty of seating for everyone at the breakfast. the breakfast was great. people were extra nice and I liked the security they had.

a little hard to find especially for the Uber drivers and taxi drivers. I didn’t see a sign pointing to the hotel from the street

For the price you pay you get great value.

Room was not clean. Below the bed it was dirty as if they never cleaned the room. The bathroom had hear when first entered at it.
