The people that work in Othelo are very nice and fast. Never since people that work in hotel like them!

The only thing was that the room doesn¿t have a little table to eat, no a big deal but probably would of been a good idea.

Staff, location, accomodations

We liked the location. Staff is very helpful and kind.

The breakfast was lacking. It was plain and there was no selection.

It's in an excellent location, everything is great...

The mattress isn't of the same quality as the rest of the hotel... It's a bit old or very sagging... from use.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great communication, clean and comfortable room and delicious basic breakfast.

Complimentary parking was great but a little difficult after hours (print was very small on the tag/map, couldn't read it either). Not a complaint, it worked out just awkward.

Bad experience, not recommended and unable to cancel thru booking since staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. I

Beds are very hard, bedrooms was next to lobby couldn’t sleep because the noise, shower was extremely painful.

Didn’t leave just because I brought my parents and didn’t want to move around, I spend 2 out of 3 nights without power and water, no water no even for the toilet! They gave us buckets of water to use the toilet!! The reception staff didn't provide a solution to the problem and just gave us the runaround so we wouldn't continue complaining.

The front desk girl was to dry arrived did not great us well did not even stuff up to meet us . No welcome ? . Need to be more friendly

The room was comfortable and great for a family of five. There were 2 double beds and an extra sofa bed which gave us lots of space. The hotel was quiet, clean and easy to find. There is free parking in a garage half a block away which was easy to locate and enter. Breakfast is simple, just fruit and yoghurt, toast and tea or coffee but you can ask for extra toast as needed.

The room information indicated that there was a kitchenette in the triple room but there wasn't one in our room, although we noticed that there were in some of the other smaller rooms. Breakfast is simple.

The pictures are deceiving, the rooms are outdated and need maintenance and feel dirty. We were given a room that was not clean and requested to be moved to another one, we left the next day. You get what you pay for, it’s more like a motel. The breakfast is mediocre. I don’t recommend it unless it’s the last resource and can’t afford a decent stay. The staff are nice and helpful though.

Extremely well-located, charming facility, friendly reception and good communication. Continental breakfast and welcome glass of wine were included and were a nice touch. Close walking distance to Centro and historic sites and the central bus station.

Some aspects of the remodeled room seemed a bit cheap and basic and could have been better chosen. Same with toiletries provided.

Helpful friendly staff. Very clean. Good location. Continental breakfast was very good. Fruit, yogurt, granola, toast with butter and jam. Coffee good stuff?

The air conditioning was excellent. However at night I prefer a window open. I could not open a window to the outside.

This was my second stay here and this time the hot water stopped working after the first night there, had to shower with cold water so that was no fun

My partner and I loved our stay, common areas and room were clean, we love coffee and the coffee there was great! The staff was super nice and helpful, another thing we liked was that at night they lock the front door and reception needs to buzz you in so we always felt safe.

Only thing we didn’t like was that when they did housekeeping while we were having breakfast, we headed down and the cleaning personnel left the door open and went to get sheets leaving our room alone with all our belongings there but we just didn’t request housekeeping anymore just change of towels and no issues after that, also you could just let them know to please keep door close if going away from the room.

It doesn’t look like the pictures, the rooms need maintenance, the mattress was sunk in and the location is kind of rough. The breakfasts is only coffee a small plate of fruit and toasted bread

The location is great. The price.

The room needs renovation, it looks old, nothing to do with pictures showed. The bathroom mirror was chipped, there is just a tiny window in the room, so it feels very dark.

Close to all the main attractions at the centro.

The bedspread and sheets were ragged and stained, the room was was very dark.
