Could not connect or use internet despite repeated attempts by hotel staff. There was no business center available causing a real problem for us. Couch was old. Lighting in bathroom was extremely poor in the sink area making it hard for hygiene

The hotel was so clean. The breakfast food was amazing, lots of different varieties every day.

The sink was clogged and we requested to be fixed twice and they said they were going to but was the same. It was hard to wash our hands since the drain would clogged right away.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of everything, complimentary breakfast was good, the bed & pillows were very soft and comfy. The cleaning staff asked if everything ok. The staff made me feel welcome and they always greeted me with a smile.

Got charged twice and was not told about it by the front staff until I looked at my bank statement. I think front staff should had been upfront with me about it. The hotel did refund me the amount. Make sure you did not get charged twice by this hotel.

It was so clean, pretty and modern. Comfortable beds too! It had great A/C in the room and easy to figure out.

Hilton should give points to Hilton Honors members even if they book online. It's the easiest way to reserve a room from a smartphone when traveling. It saves money for Hilton - so why not reward the guest since they are doing all the booking work.

According to one of our cabbies, the hotel is fairly new! Which makes sense because the hallway smelled like fresh paint! Very nice, modern, quiet, and CLEAN rooms. I slept like a baby, our bed was very comfortable. I would def. stay here again! Thanks!

Very nice experience, the staff was great, and the hotel was very clean. The buffet breakfast had a very good selection. Definitely would stay there again.

Excellent front desk staff, flawless check-in. Room was larger than I anticipated and overlooked the fairgrounds but yet was quiet. Comfortable but not hard mattress. Good quality bedding and towels. Excellent air conditioning. Good work desk, high-quality office desk chair and more than ample outlets around the room. Flawless internet and cable tv. Comfortable reading / sitting chair and ottoman. Over-sized room safe that held laptop, iPad and anything else. Refrigerator, coffee maker. Always immediate hot water and quality toiletries. Smoke detectors, fire sprinkler system, Hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Separate closet. More than adequate dresser. Breakfast was good. I thought the scrambled eggs had an off-putting smell so I avoided the after the first day. The remainder of the buffet was good. Restaurant waitstaff was excellent. A comfortable, excellent hotel in which to book a room.

There was obvious black mold in multiple areas of the tiles on the floor of the shower stall.

I liked the security on the elevators, the elevator only when up after scanning the room key., the fresh fruit on the breakfast, and the room.

When I call the reseption only one concern was answered. By the time I was to asking something else the staff had hung up the phone.

The rooms are clean, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, pretty good quality bedding and little comforts like a fridge, coffee machine and safe always come in handy. The staff were really accommodating amd heloful all the time and bfast is ok, not awesome but goos for what you're paying. Its quite a good location to ezplore the area and to get to the outlets and shopping.

In our room there was a painting of a calavera in black and white and my 3 year old was a little scared. Other than that all was awesome.

The mattress

Breakfast is horrible. Laundry service destroyed my Taylor made shirt, they burned it with the iron. The head of reception is NEVER available, in 1 week I couldn't reach it never.

Pool & gym facility was nice

The breakfast was fair at best. Options were limited for those not wishing to eat a Mexican breakfast.

Loved the pool and gym 24/7 Also didnt know breakfast was included and its buffet. Very basic and simple buffet but good ?

I used the pool and it says you should not bring alcohol to that area. There was a family with kids and this other guest brought like 3 beers with him. So dont put rules if you are not going to follow them. Also, supposedly there is free transportation to any point within 10 km and I thought it was a great idea since I needed to board a bus to the airport and its like 7-10 away by foot, I asked in front desk and they told me they didnt have any driver at the moment, the only driver they had arrived at 3pm, that was too late for me. I needed the shuttle at 11:30am :(

Hotel is noce and quite new

Breakfast is really bad, for sure not like a four star hotel. We asekd for red wine and they had only hot bottle, we had to wait and they put it into the ice basket. I found out that swimming pool was not available only after made my reservation. They make pool maintenance in May when weather is hot and humid instead do it during winter. This is not a four star hotel.
