Holiday Inn Leon - Poliforum by IHG

Great location, size of rooms and good prices.

Forniture and carpets of the room are very old and ther look dirty.

Good. Excelent!

Everything good

Lobby was nice clean pool looked nice

The halls on floor 4 had a smell the carpets had major stains. This is in Mexico you have tons of floor options to eliminate smells. My room kept on losing power ac would turn off and phone wouldn’t charge.

Everything! The installations, the service, the food! Such a great experience!

We didn't have any issues, unfortunately, just one waitress didn't display professional service; I don't remember her name. However, everything else was perfect.

The location, the pool and the restaurants

Clean -Personnel service-very polite people

The address listed for the location is not the correct one and I wasted 45 minutes trying to find it!Little frustrated

Restaurant was poor. We asked for wine and they took forever to tell us if they had any. I asked for white wine and they said yes and only had a very cheap rose. It was like no one ever asked for wine at dinner. Then in the morning we wanted a pot of coffee delivered to our room. I don’t think anyone has ever asked for room service there. Strange.

Told you above.

Excellent breakfast, comfortably beds and pillows

everything was ok

Nice pool, comfy beds, great water pressure. Also pretty decent buffet for adults and kids eat for free. The menu has a great variety of meal and they were very well prepared.

Hair in the bathtub

clean !!!!

wasn’t easy to find due to an error on the address. The hotel manager blame on booking.com

everything! it was perfect. will definitely recommend and visit again and each time we visit the city. SAP on tv was just perfect, I was able to enjoy most channels in English

staff was not too friendly, but it was a busy weekend and some guests were not nice.

well I did a reservation for two rooms double beds in both rooms just how it says on the select room so I did go to the hotel come to find out they don’t have double rooms with double beds so four different strangers had to sleep in two beds not very cool not very accommodating family or not

everything else was very nice . Breakfast staff is awesome .

Everything was awesome and we had a great time staying here. The staff were nice and attentive. The room was cleaned daily. The pool was amazing and clean. Room service was good and well served.

The key cards were an issue all the time. We went to our room and the key cards would not work and had to go back down to the lobby to for news ones or for them to reset the key cards.

I did not eat there

Very clean
