I loved the decoration of the hotel.

Maybe more space between rooms.

Staff friendliness, facility was clean

Neighborhood streets littered with garbage. However, we didn’t feel unsafe.

The patio is really cute. The beds were very nice and clean. The people who work there are very kind and efficient.

The area and outside of the hotel look really sketchy at night, but it’s actually fine. The room was very bare. One of the towels smelled bad. The breakfast was very light. I don’t think the price matches the quality.

The neighborhood. The pleasant Centro is just a five-block walk.

The property was clean. The price was great.

Our room was facing the street. You could hear the traffic all night. The neighborhood the hotel is located didn't seems safe to walk about after dark - compared to San Miguel de Allende.

The shower hot water was a little off

Modern, quit, clean. Bed & bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom, shower all modern -no issue with hot water! Shower gel, shampoo, cream provided in the bathroom!Staff, was very nice and friendly. Definitely stay again!

Friendliness of personnel, nice building, great location, good-sized room, cleanliness and comfort of the bed, standard breakfast was OK, hummingbirds in the early morning in the second patio (once the fountain is turned on)

The bathroom floor could be scrubbed more often, there could be more than one choice for breakfast other than à la carte, there could be milk to put in the coffee (not only creamer in powder)

This is a very nice hotel with amazing quality and service for the money. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent; the free continental option is more than sufficient, but there is an option to add hot breakfast for $80 pesos. It is really delicious, with excellent service. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you!

Central location, clean.

The description on Booking says the rooms have balconies, they do not.

The bed was comfortable

They never clean the room, no toilet paper or shampoo or body soap, no clean towels.

Small but nice Hotel only a few walking minutes from downtown!

Hotel parking is a little tricky if the hotel is booked out!
