Restaurant was decent

Standard room was dirty and old. Upgraded to deluxe and was decent

The Staff was very nice and helpful. All staff with one exception, were very nice and helpful to us. Staff was so nice and attentive; I was impressed with what they did.

Lady with short black hair at the counter, very evil and no customer service training. Sad one bad apple will spoil the bag. Lady needs to find another job.

The beds are so hard , probably would have got a better sleep on the floor , checked outed 4 days earlier than I had booked cause it was not a comfortable sleep

Breakfast was limited, but good, however it was not included in the accommodations. Wi-Fi, was very slow.

The coffee served at the breakfast (open buffet) was very dilute, it didn!t have good taste.We stayed in room no. 532. The bathroom florr (especially in the shower) needed repairment/more cleaning. It looked old/dirty.My parents stayed in room no. 530, which was indeed close to our room. But my sister and her family were given room no. 355, which was basically at the end of the corridor 2 floors below ours.Also the rooms 530 and 532 didn't have any view. On the contrary, the windows were opening to the ventialation space, therefore they were noisy.

Clean and very convenient. Right on the plaza. The view was incredible.

There was a karaoke bar near or at the hotel. It played very loud music until 3:00am. I’m not actually sure where it was, but it was close enough to feel the vibration from the music. Noise doesn’t usually bother me, but this was so bad.

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff, housekeeper, restaurant. I give everyone that works in 100%+! This hotel is at the best location possible, everyone that visits León, Guanajuato has to stay there!

There’s nothing not to like about this hotel.

The building is old outdated and not well maintained. The staff was not helpful nor polite

Location is a great.bf was also great. I recommend getting the suite w/ balcony.

Luis Miguel with the valet was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast staff was very attentive. And housekeeping was great.

Shower was a little old but does the job,will definitely stay here again.
